This gorgeous ski-in home on Peak 8 was finished in March of 07. With all the latest amenities and custom finishes, this home is sure to delight.
The main level boasts a gorgeous kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and all the supplies needed to prepare any meal. The dining room offers a grand table with seating for 10 in plush leather chairs. There is also seating for 6 at the bar. Off of the dining room is the living room, offering leather seating, gorgeous wood paneled ceiling and stunning floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace. The main master is also on this level, offering fireplace, king bed, chaise lounge, TV, Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and dual sinks. There is another master bedroom, also offering a king bed, TV, and private bathroom.
The lower level offers a fantastic game room with pool table, flat screen TV, fireplace, and another full kitchen. Also on this level is another master bedroom with queen bed, fireplace, TV, and private bathroom. On the other side of the game room is a king bedroom with Jack-and-Jill bathroom that leads into the bunk room. The king bedroom boasts a fireplace, king bed, TV, DVD, chaise lounge, and patio access. The bunk room offers 2 twin beds with 2 twin trundles, a TV, DVD, and Playstation 2.
As you can see, this phenomenal house has all the comforts of home.....and then some! The location is perfect, you can ski right into the home and the shuttle stop is just a little over 2 blocks away. This house is the perfect location for your ski or summer vacation!

Ski access: Walking access to and from Peak 8 or use the shuttle.
Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $350 + tax that will be applied to your rental.
The refundable damage deposit is $1000.00 and will be collected in advance
The tax rate is 11.675%.

My family stayed at the North Woods Lodge for a week in early June. We found the experience to be excellent. The home exceeded our expectations in every instance. From the cleanliness of the home, to the high end utensils found in the kitchen. We were literally wowed by the quality of everything in the home. An added benefit was working with River Ridge Rentals, the management company. They were great to work with and also exceeded my expectations. When we return to Colorado, we will strive to work with them again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers.
