Front - Las Vegas Vacation Rental - Las Vegas Golf Vacation Rental Million Dollar + Estate on 1/3 of an acre with views of the entire Vegas Valley from the backyard. This home is on a golf course. It has a large backyard and trail The Estate is located in the upscale and prestigious Lake Las Vegas Country Club. This is a 24-hour guard gated and patrolled neighborhood (approx. 3750 square feet). Truly for the distinguished. If you are used to luxury, space and privacy, then this is it! Also available is access to a large 30' Boat that is on Lake Mead (only 10 mins away) and can support 10-12 people. If you are interested in playing golf while you are here, please let me know. Rental clubs are available. Also, lighted tennis courts are available for play down the street. This home is extremely upgraded with granite countertops. Viking Stainless Steel appliances as well as a outdoor grill. It also has a double/convection oven and microwave. Outside courtyard has access to a walking trail. Downstairs has a private guest bedroom that has a Queen size bed with its own bathroom with a shower/tub. There are double french doors that lead out to the backyard from this room. The master bath has travertine tile and a separate vanity counter with a separate toilet room and his/her closets. There is a stand up shower and a large bathtub. The master bedroom has a separate sitting area that overlooks the Golf Course with its own balcony. There is a King size bed with down comforter and feather pillows. In addition, there are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs that have Queen beds in each room. They share common bathroom that has a shower/tub combination. The landscaping was professionally done and have uplighting and outdoor sound system. The house is in perfect condition. It is a must see.
