Spectacular Panoramic "White Water Ocean Views" at one of Maui's most sought after vacation destinations: The Ridge at Kapalua. The Ridge is regarded as one of the finest locations within the Kapalua resort. Location provides commanding ocean views in a low-density environment. Free shuttle service available to all locations within the Kapalua resort. This large, recently remodeled single story unit overlooks beautiful beaches and coast lines out to Honolua Bay. The Ridge is a low density complex, which includes 28 buildings of 6 units each located on over 21 acres. This is first class. We savior the time we can get away and stay here. These great views are comfortably seen from the Lanai, Living room, dining area and kitchen. The master bedroom features a more distant ocean view. Vacation Residence Ammenities: In addition to the View, the View and the View, this townhouse features a large Master Bedroom with deluxe king size bed and premium matress, lounging chair, t.v, and private view deck. The master bath is large and includes a full-sized tub. The Living Room is spacious and offers spectacular views of the ocean and coast line. We have a comfortable recliner, TV, stereo and large sectional sofa that can convert to a queen size bed. A second full-sized bath services the remainder of your family or guests. The kitchen features new granite counters and is fully stocked with all cooking utensils, stove, oven, microwave, and dining table with view. The swimming pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ's are less than 200 feet away. This town home also features A/C, washer/dryer/iron, covered parking, cable TV, broadband internet and much more. Activities & Attractions: Home of the Mercedes Golf Championship, Kapalua features three full size golf courses, tennis courts and more. Many of Maui's best beaches, restaurants and other desirable amenities including biking, surfing, snorkeling, and scuba diving are located within a comfortable walking distance. Drive the beautiful coastline or stay at home and enjoy one of the most spectacular views available. More restaurants, shopping, ocean activities and more are found in the town of Lahinia, which is just a 15 minute drive. Personally, my favorite activity is exercising the comfortable patio furniture with a good book while trading glances at the great view. Please no smoking or pets.
