The road is paved all the way to the complex. There is also an irrigated and groomed 2900' grass airstrip one block East.
The lake is deep and clean and offers spectacular boating, water-skiing, bare-footing, and fishing.
A regulation-size and challenging, nine-hole golf course is located one block from the complex. The golf course was built by renowned golf course builder Les Furber. The clubhouse offers excellent dining and a large patio over-looking the ninth hole.
Winter activities include snowmobiling on groomed trails to Hunters Range, cross-country skiing, and downhill skiing just one hour away at Silver Star Resort.
