Enjoy this Carnelian Bay vacation home which located in a great neighborhood on the beautiful north shore of Lake Tahoe, short distance to the lake, "Gar Wood" (famous restaurant-bar grill) and Old Post Office coffee shop. Approximately 7 miles to Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and Northstar ski resorts. 10 min drive to Nevada border line with casinos and famous Cal-Neva nightlife. Tahoe City is five minutes away.
Our two-story house, situated on a large, wooded lot, comfortable and cozy, has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bath. All three bedrooms and a full bath are upstairs. One bedroom has a king-size bed, the other full bed and the third bedroom has two bunk beds. Downstairs there are spacious kitchen with gas stove and all appliances, dining area with the table opens to seat 8, large living room with a wood fireplace and a half bathroom.
