This is a large Caribbean beach house that in located in a gated community on Navarre Beach Florida . It sits facing an undeveloped natural preserve. It has un obstructed views of the sound as well as great views of the gulf. You are 50 Yards from the sound and 150 yards to the Gulf. It has a great community swimming pool as well as a tennis court. This house has 5 decks across the front and back of the house, as well as a private 6 man hot tub on the back of the house. It has a gas fire place and gas grill as well as a state of the art kitchen that is fully equipped including a wine cooler and convection oven.
The living room / great room is two stories with a 52 inch high definition 1080 TV with surround sound. It has a full range of DVDs for your entertainment as well as a complete library of books of all kinds for your reading enjoyment. The master bedroom has a huge walk in shower with double heads as well as a jet stream bath tub. It also has a private screened in porch for a quiet morning coffee break overlooking the water.
The second Master bedroom is located on the second floor and also has its own private balcony and bath. This home has two beach cruising bicycles for a leisure ride around the island.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
I have loved the beach for all of my life and have always dreamed of owning a beach house. Our beach house is driving distance from our townhouse in Pensacola, and we can enjoy the beach life as well as work our jobs in town. We choose Navarre Beach because it is still a very undeveloped beach and is quite, family friendly and has the most beautiful beaches in Florida, in our opion. You can enjoy all of the amenities of Destin and Pensacola, yet be secluded with miles and miles of undeveloped seashores that you can ride bikes and take in the wild life and beautiful white sand, and ocean.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Bike Riding, fishing off the pier, shopping in Destin at the outlets, watching the sunset off of our back porch, reading, quite time, family time, canoeing on blackwater river, eating at local seafood resturants.
