Come and enjoy the "Mar Azul", (which means Blue Sea) Condo ! Port Aransas, Mustang Island, Beachfront View, Second Story, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath with a great, private 2nd story balcony view of The Gulf Of Mexico and the pool. The owners just added a brand new leather sofa and love seat that are very comfy (please see the pictures !)
The Mar Azul is a 2nd story condo which means it is quiet because there is not anyone above you. Also, your balcony is private and quiet as well with great views of the Gulf of Mexico and the pool.

**Attention Golfers**- There is a new world class, championship link golf course designed by Arnold Palmer. It is the New Port Dunes Golf Club and it is open for public play.
The "Mar Azul" condo has recently been completely updated with all new paint, flooring and bedding. The owners took great care in updating the flooring with tile throughout the entire condo. There is not any carpet.
The condo has FREE WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET as well.
The "Mar Azul (blue sea)" condo is in the charming, Island Retreat Condo Community which is in town and near great restaurants and activities. The exact location is: Island Retreat Road, Port Aransas, TX 78373. It is off of 11th Street in a great part of town.
The "Mar Azul" condo has a beautifully updated interior and is in a great location. The owners have spent a great deal of effort making the "Mar Azul" condo comfortable, warm, fun, and like new. The condo has nice kitchen appliances (with all the Pots, Pans, Dishes and Utensils you need to prepare great snacks and delicious meals). The BEDROOMS are very comfortable and cozy. Each BEDROOM has 1 Queen and 1 Twin Bed with new mattresses.
Please note the overhead picture with the condo outlined in red to see the exact location. It has a great view of the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. It is on the 2nd floor and there is no condo above, so it is quiet. The condo has some great amenities and accommodations such as: smoke-free, master bedroom with a QUEEN BED and a TWIN BED and a private bath, a second full bath, a second bedroom with a QUEEN BED and a TWIN BED, a private second story balcony with view of the Gulf of Mexico that provides great ocean breezes. You are within walking distance of all the great activities. The condo is right in Port Aransas and has its own private path to the beach.
The "Mar Azul" condo is smoke-free and does not allow pets, so it is very clean. From the balcony, you can see the sand walkway to the beach ! The walkway is only 20 yards from the condo. You are on the beach ! The condo community, has coin operated laundry for your convenience. The condo community has been recently renovated and is a great place for families, couples or friends.

Booking Requires 50% of the total due with the remaining balance due 12-15 days prior to check in. Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to arrival for refund less a $100 fee. There are no refunds for early departures. Maid service can be provided for you during your stay for a fee. Additional fees will be charged for damaged items or excessive cleaning needs. Check in time is 4pm (it can be earlier sometimes, based on availability). Check out is 11:30am. Limit of 8 individuals in the Condo. Call for reservations.

This is definitely one of the better condos I have stayed in at Port A. Short walk to the beach, plenty of room and comfortable! I would definitely recommend staying and will stay again!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We stayed at this condo toward the end of June, 2011. It was great!. We loved the blue walls with white cabinets... very beachy. The master bedroom had a queen bed as well as a twin, as did the second bedroom. The view from the balcony overlooked the pool and the ocean could be seen to the right and was only a short walk away. The kitchen had plenty of supplies to cook as needed. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was nice. It had a nice, big swimming pool right outside of balcony. The grounds were nice w/ plenty of grills and picnic tables. The walk to beach was not too far. The A/C had a hard time cooling during the heat of the day, but cool at night. There are fans in all rooms. The queen sized beds were very uncomfortable. The twin beds were okay. We all had a good time, especially the kids.
Owner response:Thank you for your feedback on the condo. With the 100 degree heat, it is hard for the air conditioner to keep up. It is definitely something we have had checked out by maintence in the past and their response to us is the one we gave you (too hot outside for the AC to keep up). We are glad that you found the fans useful, and that it was cool and comfortable at night. The queen beds are fairly new (bought last year). Again we appreciate your feedback and are always looking to improve the comfort of our condo for our guests and we are happy you and your family had a good time
