Nearly new family-friendly beach house just four blocks from Rosemary Beach. Beautifully furnished, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood close enough to the action on 30A but not too close!

The home has 2 master bedrooms with queen beds, 1 room with 2 twins, 1 room with 2 sets of bunk beds and a large bonus/playroom with a sofa and TV. Wireless internet, satellite and video game system indoors - rocking on the front porch, grilling on the back patio and wide open spaces outdoors. This house has all the comforts of home.

Plenty of space for kids to bike and skate safely in the neighborhood. Great pool area with outdoor fireplace and lots of room to picnic or lounge in the sun. Access to beautiful public beach just minutes away.
