In an oceanfront low-rise building, this 2 bedroom/2 bath third floor unit is located in the Arcadia section of Myrtle Beach on Shore Drive. Within easy walking distance, are restaurants, bars, and convenience stores, as well as gift shops, and Apache Pier. Just over a mile from "Restaurant Row", midway between Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing and only 1.5 miles from the newest Tanger Outlet Center.
And of course "the Beach" is just at the bottom of the steps!
The living room is equipped with the comforts of home: cable TV, DVD player and queen sleep sofa. We have a small paperback library in case you forgot your beach book.
Kitchen includes: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Refrigerator has an icemaker.There are two dining areas, one in the kitchen and one between the living room and kitchen (ocean-view, of course!).
Pillow-top queen bed in master, and twin beds in 2nd bedroom.

1.Rentals are weekly Sat-Sat from Memorial Day-Labor Day.

6.Private Travel insurance can be purchased by individuals on the internet if you are concerned about canceling your plans. Refunds will be made if unit is re-rented or mandatory evacuation.
7.Unit sleeps six (sleeper sofa not recommended for adults).

Having lived in Myrtle in the early 90's, this is our family's preferred place to stay when in Myrtle Beach. What can I say, Location, Location, Location... On the oceanfront off of restaurant row, this condo is in a wonderful location. 10-15 minutes north or south on 17 gets you to all the shopping, golfing and attractions the Grand Strand has to offer. The condo itself is clean, updated and well maintained. It overlooks Ocean Annie’s dance floor. The owners are wonderful and are open and accessible to feedback. For all these reasons, we have rented this unit for 12+ years and as many as 4 times in one year. We love this condo.

Absolutely one of my favorite places to stay!!! This is about our 6th yr in a row that we have stayed at this condo. Loxcation, Location, Location....close to shopping, great restuarants(Chesapeake House is my fav), Ocean Annie's. Can't ask for anything better. We have started bringing the grandkids w/ us and they love the pools and walking to the end of the beach to collect shells. All the special touches to make it Home for the week! Loved it!

We are a family of 5 with small children and had a great time at this property. The pictures are accurate, you are that close to the beach. My husband & I enjoyed sitting on the patio at night to watch & listen to the waves & we loved being so close to the beach. The place was clean and well maintained. Doug was fantastic in getting back to my husband and me with all of our questions in a prompt manner and the price was very reasonable. We're very glad we found this place at the beach!

This place is as discribed, very clean, close ot restaurants, shopping and right on the beach. I would recommend this as a place to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

My husband and I love staying at this condo. It is clean, well-furnished and in a great location. Without binoculars, we saw dolphins from the balcony; they were close to shore and a wonderful sight. From the back stairwell, you can see egrets and other marsh birds.This condo is perfect for a beach vacation and near to shopping, golf and great restaurants. Parking is plentiful and you can walk the beach and/or sidewalk along a marsh and canal. Watch for the rising and falling tides to see schools of fish from the nearby sidewalk. You won't be disappointed!

This place is great!! So clean and freshly remodeled and centrally located. The balcony overlooks the well know beach bar Ocean Annies and the condo is just steps away from the ocean. The Spreens have done a great job making you feel at home. We stay here at least once a year and realy enjoy the location and the view. RATED A++++++

My golf buddies and I are looking forward to our second stay at The Spreen's condo. Very nice condo, clean and bright, very homey. For us it's centrally located to the courses and near Restaurant Row. The Spreen's are great owners!!
