Elegantly decorated with a tropical feel and a hand painted mural in the living room. This two bedroom, two bath condo offers great views of the canal and waterway below, as well as Estero Bay.
The dining room is richly appointed with a beautiful wooden table that seats six. The modern kitchen is equipped with all appliances and every amenity you could need to prepare wonderful meals for your friends and family.
The large living room boasts a generous sized TV, stereo system, and a sleeper sofa for up to two additional guests. Enjoy the tranquil views of the waters below this first floor condo, along with the boats and wildlife that travel through. The large, spacious lanai is wonderful for star- gazing and watching spectacular sunrises from.
The master bedroom has its own private en-suite, full bath, and large walk-in closet. Slumber peacefully on the queen size bed, or watch a late night movie on your in-room TV.
The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and has a separate full bathroom. When its time to do laundry, there is no need to leave your condo. You have your own, full sized washer and dryer for your use.
Casa Marina boasts a very large, 27x57 foot, in-ground heated pool. There is a morning water aerobics program for those who want to get involved, stay fit, and meet others. Relax poolside on the comfortable lounging furniture and read a book or take an afternoon siesta. There are also poolside restrooms for your convenience.
For those who might be interested in renting a boat or personal watercraft, or if you'll be bringing your own, we have boat slips available for your use during your stay. The canals on either side of the complex offer excellent fishing right from the dock. You can also spot dolphins and manatee's swimming through as well.
Enjoy golfing? This is the condo for you! Located right next to the executive-style public golf course on Fort Myers Beach, known as Bay Beach. You can walk out the condo and right to the course. Grab a cart or walk and get some exercise.
Casa Marina complex is located towards the South end of the island on Fort Myers Beach. Trolley stops going both North and South are located at the end of the road, just a short walk away. Enjoy the 7 miles of sugar sand beach, and some of the widest parts of the beach on the island. Casa Marina is centrally located to shops, restaurants, the movie theatre, groceries, post office and much more. Everything is within walking distance of the condo.
For those who want a truly relaxing vacation, we offer to our guests full concierge service, daily housekeeping, and turn down services. Let us know how our concierge can assist you. We can arrange for special occasion items to be waiting for you, or that special someone in your party, for your arrival.
