The Village is Breckenridge’s premier vacation spot.
Located at the base of Peak 9 in the heart of downtown, everything Breckenridge has to offer is just a short walk from your condo: dining, skiing, shopping and sightseeing. This condo is true ski/in/out for all levels of skier. Ski rentals and lift tickets are available in the courtyard.
You can relax after a hard day skiing in one of four hot tubs or enjoy the heated indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, or steam room. The Village offers exercise facilities with lockers and showers. For the kid in you there is a full arcade with pool table and video games. You will also find the Blue Sage spa for those you feel like being pampered.
For those day trips out of walking distance you can catch the free city shuttle to get around Breck. Going further? The Summits Stage Trolley will take you all over Summit County including to Arapahoe Basin, Keystone and Copper Mountain ski resorts. The shuttles to DIA will pick you up and drop you off at the front door.
We provide sleeping for four with a custom made king bed and queen sleeper sofa. The bathroom is large and comfortable. A fully stocked kitchen will let you stay in if that is your desire. Laundry facilities are located on the floor.

the condo was great and so convenient for us!! It was great w/my two kids to get to ski school and then to the slopes for me and my husband! We loved the town of Breckenridge and will for sure be back!

Very nice, and well stocked. The bathroom is a lot bigger than you would think for a studio. Cant beat the location, we look forward to coming back soon.

Excellent location for skiing or shopping. Cozy studio right at the lift. Johan made sure that everything was ready for our stay and even checked to see if everything was alright. We would definitly stay again!

Great place to stay while in Breck! You can't get any closer to the lift AND Main Street. We parked the car and didn't see it again until we had to leave town. A true "Ski-in/ski-out". This unit is A+++.

We had a fantastic stay in Breckenridge. The condo is very comfortable, and coveniently close to the ski lift. Skiing in Breckenridge is awesome: great snow, and well-groomed slopes! We loved relaxing in the hot tubs after skiing. We will definitely try to book this condo again sometime in the future!

The unit is ideal for a couple. The location was fantastic...very easy for skiing. Also, Johan was informative and touched all bases so the check-in/check-out process was effortless.
