This grassy lot offers a GENTLE slope and short distance to the lake (great for all ages). Great area for small kids (swing set provided). From both the kitchen and living room, you can watch the kids play in the yard. Very private and quiet getaway that’s perfect for a small family.
DEEP WATER (20+ feet at full pool): Single slip boat dock comes with electrical outlets and lighting. Also available is a dock for your jet-ski. Spacious dock with swing and plenty of room for lounging, sunbathing, and/or watching the kids swim!! Tie up additional boats on either side of dock. This is a very popular area for skiing, wakeboarding, tubing, surfing and fishing. Rock Springs public boat launch is located at the end of the main road (almost walking distance). Private driveway has room for your RV and/or boat trailer.
COZY COTTAGE: If you are looking for a big house, this is not the place for you. This two bedroom, one bath, with a full-size screened-in porch has been fully renovated (Sleeps 6 comfortably). Very clean pristine cottage with all brand new appliances, new furniture, new deck, Cable TV, WIFI, and central air/heat. One bedroom has 2 twin beds while the other has a queen bed. Also, available is a new pull-out queen sofa bed. Kitchen is fully stocked and gas grill on deck. Towels and linens are provided. Complimentary bottled water and coffee will be stocked for your convenience. Sorry NO pets and NO smoking. Coming soon: canoe and hammock.
