This two-story, spacious 3 bedroom + 2.5 bathroom home has hardwood floors, brand new carpeting throughout, a large open floor plan with a fully appointed gourmet kitchen, brand new appliances, a comfortable great room with vaulted ceiling and wood burning fireplace, stereo & television with DVD, free wireless internet, and a beautiful dining room table that can seat up to eight.
Enjoy the convenience of being right on the mountain and not having to drive to the resort in order to enjoy all of the wonderful activities on the mountain.
You can walk to the village in 5-7 minutes and in the winter enjoy the new run out your front door to ski home!
Enjoy the spectacular views from the living room or outside on our huge balcony with new patio furniture and gas grill. Also upstairs is the master bedroom with king bed and full master bath. Downstairs is newly carpeted with the second bedroom (queen size bed), and third bedroom (with two double beds), and an additional full bathroom with shower and bath tub. A brand new washer and dryer and parking for two cars, one in a covered carport, and a "mud room" to store all of your ski equipment are just a few of the many conveniences offered in this comfortable vacation rental. This is the perfect spot for your family’s summer and winter ski season mountain getaway. We strive to be your best value on the mountain.
Should you want to use a fitness center or swimming pool, The Tammaron Health Club is only 13 minutes away where there is an indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool, fitness center, and day spa.
Five more minutes down the road (on the way to downtown Durango) are the wonderful Trimble Hot Springs which has an outdoor swimming pool and day spa also.
Finally 25 minutes from your condo is the Durango Community Center which is a great place for kids and adults alike. With a indoor heated swimming pool/water slide/splash pad and life guards, mom and dad can drop the kids off and play work out, play racetball, basketball or just enjoy a picnic on the lawn by the river.
The Durango Resort is located in southern Colorado in the breathtaking San Juan Mountains.
