A six room flat fully furnished, very comfortable and spacious 1200 square foot flat with lots of windows. This unit has hardwood floor throughout formal living, dining room, a large bedroom and a smaller bedroom. While the bathroom and full kitchen have natural stone floor.
My home is the ideal location for those traveling for business or pleasure. It is within walking distance to some of San Francisco's popular attractions: Golden Gate Park and Lincoln Park (where Palace of the Legion of Honor is) Destinations such as Golden Gate Bridge, Academy of Science Museum, China Beach, Ocean Beach, Baker Beach, the Presidio, San Francisco zoo, etc are all within close proximity.
A block away, you can catch an Express bus ride to downtown. Other tourist places that within a bus ride (24-hr service) are: Japan Town, Union Square, Chinatown, the Cable Cars, Westfield San Francisco Center, Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. Why hassle with the traffic & parking if you can access to the entire city so conveniently?
In addition to the several grocery stores, 24-hr supermarket, bakeries, specialty shops, local theatre and bars, there are many famous ethnic restaurants located nearby offering a variety of cheap eats to fine dining. Great Location! Very accessible to public transport, Peak hour Express Bus to downtown. A lot of good restaurants in nearby. And, it's in a safe neighborhood.

Great Apartment! We had an awesome stay, very clean and updated, rooms were super comfortable, was more then expected, will most diffidently book again on our next visit to San Francisco.

My parents visited SF all the way from China and stayed in this apartment for two weeks. The apartment was very neat and clean, and it's close to public transportation, grocery stores and laundromat. The owner was very helpful in terms of answering questions and meeting our needs. Overall it's a very good experience and I'd definitely recommend this apartment!

My family visited San Francisco and we stayed a Sandi's property. The apartment was perfect for us during our stay. A block away from some of the best Chinese food in the US. This was the first time we used VBRO and we were generally happy with the experience. Sandi is a good communicator and very fair person. Hope to visit the San Francisco in the near future and stay again in this property.

My family of 4 stayed at this condo in June 2010. It is less than one block from many restaurants and shops. Safe neighborhood. Across the street from a large Catholic church. Less than one block to Geary and the bus line to go downtown and to Fishermen's Wharf. We walked to the beach and also to Golden Gate Park. We were able to find street parking with little trouble. The condo is super clean. The fresh fruit available at the markets was wonderful. The queen and twin size beds were very comfortable. My 13 year old daughter slept on the futon in the living room which was a little firm for her, but OK. Overall, this is a great place to stay when in San Francisco. This condo is on the third floor above the garage and another condo. You must climb stairs to get there. This could be a problem for older or disabled people. TIP: walk (or drive) to Golden Gate Park and catch the "Hop On Hop Off" sightseeing bus in front of the art museum. You can ride it to all the sightseeing stops in the city and take it back around to the museum. It is a good 20 minute walk to the art museum in Golden Gate Park, but a beautiful one. We parked our car on the street and used public transportation to get around as parking in the city can be difficult and expensive.
