A No Q Do you think the rate charged was fair relative to other places you've stayed or saw online? A Yes it was fair. The unit was clean, easy to get to, the bus took 15 to 20 minutes to get to the gondola which was fine. The kitchen is gorgeous, the bedrooms were fine, the rest of the place was not fancy, but nice. We have 2 kids ages 13 & 15 and this condo was much better than a hotel. We ate dinner & breakfast here and packed lunches, and the condo made it very easy to do this. Q How did you find the condo on the VRBO website? A Lots of looking, that you had dates available when we were coming. Q What would make my condo stand out? A Every month highlight what times it's available. Q Would you use the condo again in the future, or suggest it to friends or family who are looking for a Breckenridge holiday? A Absolutely Q Any additional comments or suggestions for improving the condo for future guests? A Everything was great, was as promised and fit our needs perfectly. I never saw the website, my husband planned it as I was planning our daughters wedding 12/28/07 and couldn't deal with one more thing! Q. Which feature of the condo do you think would be most helpful in marketing it to future renters? A. Convenient to bus, ski slopes, main street We rented a house on ski hill last year and your place was much easier to get in and out of, and your view was sooooooo much better Q. Your kitchen had a lot more than we expected, coffee grinder!!!!!!!!!!!, THE FIREPLACE was so nice, lots of comfortable seating, great game coffee table too. Q. Maybe add a few more pictures… you really should show off that beautiful new kitchen!" 2. "The only thing I couldn’t find was a stockpot, but I really didn’t expect you to have one. There were plenty of utensils, towels, etc." 3. "We did use the hot tub and pool once. We would have used it twice, but we were exhausted by the 3rd night and couldn’t make it out of our chairs." 4. "I do think the rate was fair. It was pretty much in line with other properties not located directly off of Main." 5. "We would definitely recommend the condo to friends and family. It was great!" 6. "The only thing I could suggest is maybe putting together a travel guide for renters with places you recommend for food, coffee, etc. There is just so much in that little town it can get overwhelming.
