The condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable and easy to use. Comfortable furniture and beds, newly updated kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of space. Shuttle to town is very convenient and easy to understand. Sally was very nice to work with and we could not have asked for a better experience at such a reasonable price.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, girls getaway.

The condo was fantastic. We stayed over the Christmas holiday in 2011 and everything was perfect. The condo is very clean and well maintained. Sally is very easy to contact and very helpful. Pete manages the property and lives across the parking lot but since we had no issues, we had no need to contact him. The condo is a quick trip to the peak 9 drop-off and since we had one person not skiing this was ideal. The free shuttle picks up at the condo driveway so that would have worked too. The kitchen was very well furnished and had pretty much everything we could possibly need. Would definitely rent again.

The owner was very accomodating. The location is great. The view was good, would be awesome but for a couple of trees always seem to be in the way (darn that nature). The interior is dated but very functional. Fireplace puts out perfect amount of heat and adds just the right touch. A bus runs back and forth to the center of Breckenridge every 30 minutes to within 100 yards of the condo. We really liked it and would stay again.

Q Was the condo what you expected it would be? A Yes - it was great! Q Did the website portray it accurately? A Yes Q Was there anything missing from the condo that you expected would be there? A No Q Do you think the rate charged was fair relative to other places you've stayed or saw online? A Yes it was fair. The unit was clean, easy to get to, the bus took 15 to 20 minutes to get to the gondola which was fine. The kitchen is gorgeous, the bedrooms were fine, the rest of the place was not fancy, but nice. We have 2 kids ages 13 & 15 and this condo was much better than a hotel. We ate dinner & breakfast here and packed lunches, and the condo made it very easy to do this. Q How did you find the condo on the VRBO website? A Lots of looking, that you had dates available when we were coming. Q What would make my condo stand out? A Every month highlight what times it's available. Q Would you use the condo again in the future, or suggest it to friends or family who are looking for a Breckenridge holiday? A Absolutely Q Any additional comments or suggestions for improving the condo for future guests? A Everything was great, was as promised and fit our needs perfectly. Your son-in-law was very helpful when I spoke to him, and called me back promptly if I left him a message. Dan Morton - if you would like to use me as a reference.

Q. Was the condo what you expected it would be? Did the website portray it accurately? A. I never saw the website, my husband planned it as I was planning our daughters wedding 12/28/07 and couldn't deal with one more thing! Q. Which feature of the condo do you think would be most helpful in marketing it to future renters? A. Convenient to bus, ski slopes, main street We rented a house on ski hill last year and your place was much easier to get in and out of, and your view was sooooooo much better Q. Was there anything missing from the condo that you expected would be there? A. Your kitchen had a lot more than we expected, coffee grinder!!!!!!!!!!!, THE FIREPLACE was so nice, lots of comfortable seating, great game coffee table too. Q. Do you the the rate charged was fair relative to other places you've stayed or saw online? A. Yes, that was the main reason my husband liked it (remember we just paid for a wedding) Q. Did you use the fitness facilities at The Lodge & Spa? If so, how many times? A. Only once, but it was great, wish we had more time to use it Q. Would you use the condo again in the future, or suggest it to friends or family who are looking for a Breckenridge holiday? A. definitely Q. SEE QUESTIONS ABOVE (asked to all guests following their stay)Answers:1. "The only pic that I remember from the website was the pic from the deck of the view. Maybe add a few more pictures… you really should show off that beautiful new kitchen!"2. "The only thing I couldn’t find was a stockpot, but I really didn’t expect you to have one. There were plenty of utensils, towels, etc."3. "We did use the hot tub and pool once. We would have used it twice, but we were exhausted by the 3rd night and couldn’t make it out of our chairs."4. "I do think the rate was fair. It was pretty much in line with other properties not located directly off of Main."5. "We would definitely recommend the condo to friends and family. It was great!"6. "The only thing I could suggest is maybe putting together a travel guide for renters with places you recommend for food, coffee, etc. There is just so much in that little town it can get overwhelming. Also, if you could direct us to a place to do laundry that would be great.""We really did have a wonderful time, thank you so much!"
