Windy Shores I is a direct oceanfront complex, located within 1 mile of Barefoot Landing, The Alabama Theater, House of Blues and Greg Norman Grill. 5 minutes from golf at any number of championship golf courses, fine dining on Restaurant Row, and more shopping at Tanger Outlet Mall.
Only seconds from the beach, minutes from fine dining and shopping giving you more time to do what you like to do when not at work. Truly the ideal location for any vacation or Wintertime sabbatical.
This beautiful, just redecorated in 2005 1st floor unit is located in a quiet 18 unit structure on Ocean Blvd has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with new mattress, ceiling fan, t.v., and private bath.
Second bedroom has a double bed with new mattress and a set of bunk beds.
Kitchen is spacious, fully equipped, with new stove, microwave and breakfast bar. Dining and living area are combined with ceiling fan, new furniture, new carpeting throughout entire condo, new ceramic tile in kitchen, bathrooms and foyer.
The unit has an oversized balcony overlooking the oceanfront pool.
The oceanfront pool has sundeck, lounge chairs and outside shower. No waiting on elevators either, balcony has direct access to pool and ocean. Very convenient.
Parking is on-site with overflow approximately 500 feet up 33rd Street. I also have a second condo on the first floor with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths available.

Just got back from a week at this unit. It was perfect for our family of 5! It had everything you needed in the kitchen, washer and dryer (no hair dryer lol but i had mine :). Nice porch to sit and have your morning coffee and watch the waves come in. Just a few steps down to the nice pool which they cleaned i think everyday. Never crowded at the beach. You can rent chairs/unbrellas from a little set up right there on the beach and some watersports. A really short drive to Barefoot landing and maybe 20-30 min to downtown with traffic. Thanks for sharing your place we had a great time.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I want to thank you for renting your very nice condo to my family. We had a great week in Myrtle Beach and your Condo had everything we needed for our stay. It is so convenient to Barefoot Landing, Alabama Theatre and other shopping spots. The view of the ocean was great. And away from all of the bustle of tourists.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have been staying at this Codo for 5 years and always enjoy our time there. It is in a nice quiet area of Myrtle Beach and close to everything.
