Our Parkside Villa is located on a lagoon less than five minutes from the beach. We have a first floor unit that has both a back and side screened-in porch, each with beautiful lagoon views. The side porch has a table and chair set and a ceiling fan, and is ideal for outside dining.
We (the owners) love this property and the area, and we treat it just like our permanent home. It is fully equipped and has all the things you would expect if you were home. We provide an extensive reading library and a set of beach toys. We recently added broadband cable internet access and a TV to the second bedroom bringing the TV total to three.
