Panama City Beach has been kid tested and Grandma approved! First by our children and more recently, by our grandchildren. So much so, that we have purchased our own vacation condo, for our family to enjoy, as well as your family.
The recently refurnished 5th Floor Unit living and dining areas is ready for your enjoyment. Recent additions include new bright and comfortable furniture on the spacious balcony, and new sofas and tables in the living area. Both the living room and Master Bedroom overlook 400 feet of the awesome sugar white beach and emerald green waters. Our unit sleeps six comfortably with a new king size master bedroom, queen size guest bedroom, and a new queen size sleeper sofa with 6" mattress. Also included in our floor plan are two spacious bathrooms, washer and dryer, as well as an open kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, microwave, coffee pot and everything you need for a fun filled, relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Flat screen TV's and DVD players are located in each of the bedrooms, as well as a large flat screen TV and DVD player in the living area, and wireless internet service. The view from our 5th Floor Balcony is ideal for dolphin watching, sunsets like you have never seen before, and simply just relaxing.
Splash is a premier resort located directly on the west end of Panama City Beach and holds all the amenities you and your family could imagine in a vacation rental. We really enjoyed our stay in SPLASH room 506E. It was our first visit to SPLASH. We were there with our 4 year old son and other family members including 11 other children. Great place for young kids. 506E is a beautiful room. Has everything you need for a wonderful week in PCB.

One of the highlights of our summer was renting this condo for a week. We loved being on the 5th floor it made it easily accessible. The furnishings were gorgeous and tasteful. I would definitely recommend this unit for a family vacation.
