Our beautiful 5th floor condo has been carefully designed and decorated with both your family and our family in mind.
Our floor plan is the Wave, which includes Two spacious bedrooms, the master is oceanfront, two spacious baths plus a sleeper sofa, so the unit sleeps up to six comfortably. Both the Master Bedroom and the Living Room overlook 400 feet of sugar white sand beaches and the beautiful emerald green ocean water of the Gulf. Plus on the 5th floor you can really enjoy this view.
Our units features a king oceanfront master, a queen guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. We have a full entertainment center with a large screen TV, DVD player,movies, books and the internet, ceiling fans and wonderful artwork.
Each bedroom and the living room have large flat panel TVs and DVD players. The condo is also stocked with a selection of movies on DVD as well as great novels for beach reading! The large kitchen is open with beautiful granite countertops and a great granite top dining table! The fully-equipped kitchen has every modern appliance, plus a washer and dryer.
SPLASH is beautifully landscaped with a full-fledged water-park environment: five pools, including a lazy river, two heated pools, and two kid's pools with lots of toys and fun interaction. In addition, SPLASH features dive-in movies, a fitness center, a beach bar, and day camps for the kids.
