The Villa was the best we have stayed in during our 3 visits to Orlando. It is spacious, comfortable and very clean. The well equipped games room was well used by the younger members of our group whilst the pool and jacuzzi were great to relax in after a tiring day at Disney. The Villa is well located to nearby amenities and only took us approx 25 minutes to get to the main parks. The booking process was easy and was handled by the owner in a very efficient manner. Dolcetto Drive will be a part of our great memories of visiting Disney. Keith

BEAUTIFUL VILLA

This is our second year staying at Terri's home and we absolutely love her place. Her house feels like a home away from home with all the amenities that one would need. The house was absolutely clean and spotless when we arrived and the pool is just fabulous. The pool and Jacuzzi are wonderful and heated to the agreed temperature. Management is wonderful and has always immediately taken care of any request we have ever had. It has been a pleasure speaking with Terri before, during and after our trip if need be and has always immediately addressed any concerns we may have had. Disney is about 15 minutes away. There are great pizza joints and Chinese food restaurants nearby including Publix, the supermarket. We have already reserved for next year and hopefully every year to follow. Fabulous Holiday

"Just returned from a fabulous holiday in Orlando. After a week long conference it was nice to be able to unpack and relax in a home atmosphere with my family. The house was clean, spacious and fully stocked with every amenity one could ask for. We were travelling with my wife's family (brother and parents) as well as my two young boys (1 &3). There was tons of room for the boys to play and for everyone to have their own room to sleep comfortably. William loved the Mickey room and keeps asking when we are going back to our vacation home. The location was great. Far enough away to be out of the congestion but close enough to be at Disney in under 20 minutes. There was also lots of shopping, restaurants and other entertainment close by. The community is very well kept, safe and full of friendly neighbours. Being able to unwind in the hot-tub after a long day at Disney or just relaxing by the pool as a family was a definite bonus and added to our vacation. The weather was nice but the evenings were cool so we opted for the heater which is recommended depending on the time of year. It took the edge off and we had a hard time pulling the boys out of the water. All-in-all a fantastic option when visiting Orlando with family and one that I would highly recommend. Excellent Villa

Great location at a very reasonable price with just 3 people, let alone 8. Property was clean and well maintained. Fab place to stay with kids, using the pool, arcade machine, electronic darts and pool table. Best bit, however, was the communication from the owner. Excellent service which cut down on any worries you may have about staying in someone else's home. Would highly recommend and would stay there again. Cheers, Craig

Great House. Clean, safe environment. Modern equipment (game consoles, flatscreens, DVD player, arcade videogames, … everything!). Excellent condition of house and furniture, .... was good fun to stay there. Perfect communication with the owners. Very friendly. Very professional. Tons of helpful information. We certainly enjoyed our stay there and will consider to book next year again for our annual golftrip.

Brilliant Family Holiday

This was our fifth visit to Florida and our fourth staying in a villa. This villa is ideally located close to the I4 and is therefore convenient for all of the theme parks, shopping malls, supermarkets etc. It is at the end of Tuscan Ridge furthest from Highway 27 which means that it is also quiet. The estate is very pleasant and felt very safe. The villa was immaculately clean and had everything we could have wanted during your stay. Our two daughters (16 and 13) loved the games room, something that we had not had on previous visits to Florida. The swimming pool is south facing so catches the sun all day. The owner Terri could not be more helpful. Before we left the UK, Terri highlighted that she had just had a new door lock fitted the day before our holiday and said to contact her if there was any problems. When we entered the villa we were concerned that the alarm was not set correctly so contacted her via email. She immediately responded and sorted the problem. Only afterwards did we find that she was in Portugal on holiday and for her it was 1am in the morning! Terri has got to be one of the most caring villa owners you could come across, hence her property is superb. Next time we head to Florida we will be making sure we can book Terri's villa.

I can recommend this Villa, and will for sure rent it again if we are going back to Orlando some time. The owner provided very good customer service, and is 100 % to trust. The property was clean and well-maintained. It seems like a safe area, and a very central area in relation to the theme parks and the Orlando Premium Outlets. We, family of 5 from the Netherlands, spend our “once in a lifetime” 4 weeks’ vacation in Florida. We toured Florida and stayed in hotel suites. We spend 2 weeks in the Orlando area. Mid 2011 we found Terri’s villa on internet and were attracted by the pictures, description and reviews of the villa. Since this was our first private villa rental we only rented the villa for a week and spend the rest of our Orlando time in a Hotel. Well……that was a mistake. We should have rented the villa much longer. Terri’s villa was even bigger, more beautiful and cleaner that we had expected. When we entered the villa, all of us where silently looking around open mouths. One word: awesome!! Even our oldest daughter who has Down’s syndrome and is light autistic entered the villa, looked around, selected a bedroom and within a few minutes she sat down on the couch feeling immediately at home. Staying in this villa was next to Dolphin swim in Discovery Cove, the absolute highlight of our vacation. The rental process is easy because Terri provided all information in a very timely and correct way. He answered on emails within a day. Also the international payment process is easy and the safety deposit was returned to us even before we arrived home. Terri is friendly and provides a bundle of extra travel information which was very handy for us. We strongly recommend this villa. It was a very successful experience to stay in this villa. Everything was available. We enjoyed the beautiful rooms and the coziness of the house. Of course we enjoyed also the swimming pool, which we used every day with lots of fun. Elly (50) This summer holiday we were in Florida and stayed for one week in the villa. I enjoyed the large space and the large swimming pool. After a day with many new impressions it was relaxing to dive into the pool, because it was very hot. I saw the pictures on the internet. But it was so beautiful I had not expected. I was there and I was shocked how big it was. Actually it was too much what you could do in this villa. This is the most delightful. clean, well equiped Florida villa my family and I have ever stayed in - 15 + years of going to Florida and this villa is by far the very best ever. Thanks to Terri and her family for letting us stay we enjoyed every minute of it and was like going from home to home with all the Flordia sun attached. The pool wonderful and used every day with many an evening spent outside. The management company where a pleasure to deal with and Terri was always on hand if needed. You will not regret staying here it is just perfect. The villa is very well laid out and furnished to perfection especially the big screen tv/internet and of course xbox! - kept the younger generation happy. We for sure will be returning as soon as we can.

Terri, we wanted to say a massive thank you for all your help with booking your villa and the excellent service you provide. The directions to the villa and the info pack were very helpful. The villa exceeded all our expectations and we have already recommended it our friends that travel most years to Florida. The place was spotless when we arrived and we were immediately surprised at the size. It was bigger than we expected. The photo’s don’t do it full justice! The kitchen was more than adequate and has all the gadgets etc that you could wish for. The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable; the children absolutely loved the Mickey & Minnie room. The night lights are a great touch & made them feel at ease being away from home. The air conditioning was fantastic as my parents Law cannot always take the heat. They could sit in comfort and watch the kids (& the big kids) enjoying the pool. Talking of the pool, it was marvellous. Much bigger again than the pictures showed and to have it heated was well worth it – the only problem was getting the kids out! We did most things we intended and planned – Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Typhoon Lagoon, Islands of Adventure, Busch Gardens, Aqautica, Shopping. Fantastic but tiring! After a tiring day and with the lovely heat of the day, we were all keen to get back to the Villa and have a dip in the pool to cool off. One of the near by restaurants we are missing is The Olive Garden. We can also recommend the take-away from Diromio’s – Fantastic service. We had an absolutely brilliant holiday in a lovely Villa set in pretty surroundings. We are already thinking about booking our next holiday to Florida May/June 2014 too and would definitely return to your villa again as location and amenities were fantastic. Disney Villa Stay

From my first contact with Terri I knew we were in good hands- the timely responses to my questions and all of the details on how to secure the rental. This house was perfect for us, grandparents, our daughter, son-in-law and two children. Everyone had their own bedroom and ours was very private from the other side of the house. The house was very clean, kitchen well equiped and there are plenty of shops nearby. It was heavenly to be able to eat a couple of home made meals at the villa- the BBQ was great. Our travel time into Disney was about 15 minutes, plus we were able to visit a couple of outlet malls nearby. The pool and hot tub were awesome, very clean and completely screened. The games room was enjoyed in the evening, along with the many TVs to suit everyone. This is not the first time we have rented a property in Florida and I would highly recommend this family sized property. Thanks Terri for letting us enjoy your piece of paradise.

A pervect and clean Villa

For two weeks, we (three adults) enjoyed the perfect Disney Villa in Devonport. The owner "Terri" is very friendly and helpful in all matters. We got more detailed information and useful tips. Eeverything was just as he had described. The villa and the surrounding area was very clean and well maintained. The ambiance and the decor was very nice. The pool was heated perfectly and really as great as in the photos. We enjoyed the sunset every evening at the pool. The instructions written in-house document were very easy and fun. At the first moment we felt fantastic in this wonderful house! we had all we needed and it was very clean! we spent a lot of time in the lovely game room where we had many hart fights! the house is really near to the parks! the pool and the jacuzzi were used every day! we spent a lovely vacation and we really try to come back as soon as possible! Awesome House!

This house was a perfect fit for our group of 4 adults and three young kids. It was great hanging out in the warm pool and the kids loved playing the video game in the playroom. Terri the owner was very helpful and always answered my emails right away. We never actually spoke on the phone. I was nervous about sending a check to a different country so she had me pay through the property management company with a credit card. It went very smoothly. Oh yeah, Disney was fun too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone headed to the Disney area.

I cant recommend the Disney Villa highly enough.We had a wonderful service from Terri (owner) from enquiring to booking to getting a holiday information pack before leaving which included everything we needed to know & more..The villa is amazing,spotlessly clean & has everything you could ever need on holiday.Kids & adults loved the games room and pool/jacuzzi.There were 7 of us in party & we are all agreed we will book this villa again next time we go to Orlando.. We had a brilliant time at the parks and there are loads of great restaurants located near to the villa,Food was brilliant we all ate too much..If your considering renting this villa then Do It you'll not be disappointed....

Disney Christmas 2011

We had a great Christmas and New Year in Florida with our family of three adult daughters and one boyfriend. The villa was an excellent base, slightly away from the glitz of the resorts areas and t-shirt shops, private and quiet, and yet close enough for everything we needed. In close proximity to supermarkets and all other conveniences. Decoration and furnishings like new. Very high standard of cleanliness, etc. We even enjoyed the pool and bbq in what turned out to be a very hot end to the year. We would certainly stay again if we return to Florida, and would highly recommend the villa to anyone. The owner provided an excellent booklet with details of local amenities, restaurants, etc. and recommended a company from which we could buy park tickets; good price and tickets delivered to the door! Many thanks.

Had a wonderful one week stay at the villa. The villa is basically brand new, everything is in perfect order. Spacious rooms, large pool with Jacuzzi. The villa is not far from major attractions. One can stay closer, but sacrifice the quality of accommodations. Grocery stores are abundant and not far away. The quality of restaurants is average, but totally acceptable. The owner is extremely friendly and very accommodating. The management company responsive and available. Great stay, will definitely return and recommend to others.

The best by far

This was our fourth time holidaying in Orlando and after spending alot of time searching for the perfect villa 'Disney villa' caught our eye and we are so glad it did. It is by far the best villa we have stayed in and is not over priced. The villa is located on Tuscan Ridge which is ideal for access to both the I4 and the 192. There is easy access to local supermarkets and restaurants, also if you fancy there are plenty of restaurants that will deliver take aways to the villa.The villa itself was perfect in every detail, it lived up to all of our expectations and more. This villa is spacious enough to accommodate 8 comfortably; at the same time the layout makes the villa feel homely so smaller groups would feel just as comfortable. The interior of the villa is perfect, fully equipped and very clean. The main living area has cosy sofas a fantastic TV, sound system and with the open plan kitchen/ breakfast area we enjoyed eating in as much as eating out.The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully decorated, with fantastic children's bedrooms and acres of storage. The games room was the best we have seen with a good quality pool table and arcade games. The PC was really useful to look up opening times of parks, directions to places etc also the free WiFi access was a bonus. When we searched for a villa we looked for a south west facing pool to make the most of the afternoon and evening sun when returning from a day out; I dont think you could get a better location than this villa. The pool and surrounding deck are larger than average, it is sunny from morning to night and due to the raised aspect of the villa you have uninterrupted views of the sun set; which you can watch from the comfort of the lanai. We went in October and paid for pool heating and for the first time it actually worked as we had access to the pool cover. Previously in other villas we have paid for pool heating but the cover has been missing or stored away so we haven't benefitted from it. The jaccuzzi is fantastic really hot, great for relaxing in the evening whilst making use of the gas bbq. Customer service by the owners Terri and Ross was excellent they went out of their way to ensure that you had all you needed for a wonderful holiday, the information pack sent before you go is really helpful saves you wasting time learning the ropes on arrival. If you are considering a villa in Florida, you will be hard pushed to beat this one. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful villa

Our family holiday in Orlando was amazing this year. This villa at Tuscan Ridge far surpassed our expectations and even though there were 6 of us (all adults) it still felt extremely spacious. It was very clean and the decor lovely. The master suite was very luxurious. The pool was lovely, very big, not overlooked and the lanai with the dining area was where we ate all of our meals. Terri was a pleasure to deal with regarding the booking from the start to returning our deposit. All in all would definitely recommend this villa to prospective holidaymakers

The best compliment we can pay to Terri and Ross`s beautiful villa is after staying there in 2010 we immediately rebooked it again for this year. We have been renting holiday villa`s in Florida for the last twelve years and this is the only one we have returned to, it shows how high we rate this holiday home.Every body knows what a great place Florida is, and to have a fabulous villa to stay in makes the holiday even more special. The villa has everything you could wish for,and is equipped to a very high standard with large tv`s, an excellent games room with a full size pool table, and a computer so we could keep in contact back home, whilst outside it had the bonus of a very large pool, with a massive decking area complete with luxury patio and pool side furniture and a gas bbq.The villa is ideally situated in a quiet area with easy access to the popular 192 area and the i 4,Terri made things so easy for us as far as the hiring was concerned and was always at the end of the phone if we required any assistance We would have no hesitation in booking her villa for a third time in the future,and would recommend this home to anybody as you will not be disappointed, with this 5 star accommodation. The house provided everything which the six of us (two adults plus four children 7-14y) needed for great holidays: A spacious home with plenty of opportunities to relax, play or simply refresh in the pool. Thanks to Terri, really everything is perfectly organized and she was taking care of us from the very first contact up to the day we finally left. The property is located in a very nice neighborhood and within 20-30 min we could reach everything of interest in Orlando. All in all, a strong "recommend" from us!!! Rudi & Barbara

This was our second time staying in this wonderful home and we weren't disappointed! The location is wonderful and Terri is always wonderful to deal with. She always responded quickly to any questions I had and went out of her way to ensure that my family and I had a wonderful time. "A DREAM COME TRUE"

I organised this trip for one of our friends 50th birthday and their silver wedding anniversary. We visited New York, Las Vegas and our 7 nights stay in this beautiful villa was our last stop before going back home. Our group of seven who's ages ranged from 20 to 78 years old had the most memorable time of their lifes.My husband and I have been several times to Orlando and by far this is the best accomadation we have rented.The location on the 27 we think is great because you have plenty of food outlets, supermarkets and also only a short drive to the parks.The villa is immaculate and very comfotable in all areas and there is plenty of kitchen accesories to allow you to do a little home cooking if you wish.The very large BBQ outside is another bonus,this was used by us quite alot.Our party used all the bedrooms and we found all the beds lovely and clean and very comfortable. Now I must congratulate Terri on her excellent customer service, from the initial enquiry about the villa to the day that we where due to leave her beautiful home she was always at the other end of an email or her mobile phone if we had any questions. The arrival information pack that she sends you prior to your stay is one of the best we have ever received,it really does cover everything. Many Many Thanks Terri

This is an excellent holiday home located in a quiet neighbourhood within easy reach of the I-4 and all that Orlando has to offer. The spacious accommodation is of a high standard and fully equipped with everything required for any level of self catering. Although we were a family of 6 adults, the villa afforded each of us sufficient space and privacy when required. The pool area, with its good sized pool, is a real bonus for relaxation or cooling off at any time of day - a memorable moment for us was at 7 a.m. on our first morning when we were surrounded by colourful hot air balloons in a clear blue sky. The villa exceeded all our expectations and our recommendation is unreservedly given. Terri must be commended for her friendly efficiency in all matters relating to our booking and stay.

Relaxing Vacation!

My husband I rented Terry's home for 3 weeks in February 2011. It was extremely relaxing and one of our best vacations yet. It felt like home. The house was very clean and very well taken care of. The house is very large and very spacious!! The furniture and carpets etc were very clean and the linen and towels provided were great. The management company was extremely helpful and was always only a phone call away when you needed them. The pool was very large, clean and just wonderful to swim in. We recommend to have it heated of course (as we went in Feb). The jacuzzi was very hot and relaxing and felt wonderful to relax and enjoy at night. We brought our 13 year old lab with us which made our trip very special as she is one of the family. Terry is very easy going to speak with and was always very quick in returning any calls or emails to any questions we may have had. We would recommend this house 100% for anyone who wants to feel pampered inside a home while on vacation! The neighbourhood was very quiet and the people were very nice to speak with. We were very relaxed and enjoyed the pool everyday!!! We will definately be back!!!!!!

What's Not to Like?

This is the first review that I ever felt compelled to write. I was tempted on giving this review four stars if, for no other reason, to have attention given to this review. But, that said, let me tell you, this place has it all. This house is the epitome of 5-star. It is comfortable and immaculate. The owners of the villa and it's management team were in contact with us regularly to ensure everything was perfect, not just at arrival but throughout our stay. From the moment of booking to the departure from the home, Terri is constantly determined that your stay in her home is a wonderful experience. We've been going to Disney for eight straight years and this home had absolutely everything that we needed and more. Unlike the other homes where we have stayed, there wasn't one thing that disappointed us. We paid for the optional pool and jacuzzi heat (we went in January) and the water temperatures were so nice that, even though outside temperatures were in the 60s, we swam and soaked every day we were there. Having a computer (with full internet access) provided in the home was a wonderful addition, so we didn't have to lug our laptops through the airport. The kitchen is fully stocked, should you want to dine in. The separate living area, in it's own little alcove, was perfect for quiet time to read while the kids chose between the family room, the pool, the computer, the Playstaion II or the incredibly wonderful (and well maintained) games room. The kids have already let it be known that this is the house that they want to stay in for our ninth annual outing. They loved all of the cable tv stations available and that they had televisions w/ cable in their bedrooms. We found the location extremely convenient. Tuscan Ridge is right off 27 yet the house sat far back in the development so as to have a very quiet setting. Plus, only 10-15 minutes to the gates at Disney and only 5 minutes to Interstate 4 and 30 minutes to the Orlando airport. There are plenty of restaurants within 2-10 minutes of the home for any type of food that you and the family may want and a grocery only 5 minutes up the road. There is a reason that this home books up its' availability early. Don't pass up on this one.

Terri, I just wanted to let you know that we had a fabulous holiday. We have been frequent visitors, to Orlando over the last 10 years and have stayed in many villas in a similar location. Your villa was first class, luxuriously appointed and the best villa that we have stayed in. The villa was immaculate, throughout and contained every item that we needed. The computer with internet access and the games room were a well used added bonus. We spend many enjoyable hours chilling out by the pool, the south facing pool meant that we had all day sunshine even in late November. We found the location ideal for with I4 close by allowing quick access to the theme parks, shopping malls or further afield to Tampa, Sarasota and Naples. I also want to mention that the pack of information you sent us ahead of the holiday was excellent and proved really useful. The whole process of renting the villa was seamless and Terri was friendly and really easy to deal with. We would definitely stay in this villa again and would most definitely recommend it. This villa is five star accomodation.

The owners of this property have gone through great effort to keep their home in perfect condition. We got excellent communication from them every step of the way. The home is well-appointed and everything was as-described or better. You won't be disappointed with this choice.

Home away from home? I wish my home was this good!

We arrived late at night due to a flight delay but this caused no problem as the villa has a keypad access panel so we did not need to collect keys. When we entered the home we could not have been happier. Very spacious and fitted to the highest standard (the master bedroom is fantastic) we quickly got comfortable. When we woke the next morning we consulted the information sent to us prior to leaving and quickly found the local Publix supermarket. This was about 10mins away. Our access to the main attractions was fantastic. 5 mins to I4 then 15 mins straight drive to disney or 25 mins to the Universal parks. International drive was about 20 mins...in short, fantastic location with plenty of options to eat very close by, The pool at the villa was great at the end of a long day but the kids loved the games room with air hockey, pool, darts and a classic arcade game with 40 options. Trust me, the kids will love it. Our dealings with the owners have been fantastic and they have always been helpfull and always willing to give advice when asked. We could not thank them enough for allowing us to use thier fantastic home. When we returned home our security deposit was quickly returned direct to ur bank account closing a perfect arrangemant. Fantastic holiday and fantastic home.

Just a note to say what a wonderful holiday we had staying at your villa. Having stayed before back in 2007 it was like returning home. The weather was very hot - high 90's with only one thunderstorm one evening the whole time we were there, so what a pleasure it was to return in late afternoon and relax by the pool - especially after walking miles around the theme parks. We chose to alternate these tiring days with calmer days, like visiting the beautiful Clearwater and St Pete's Beach as well as Daytona Beach. Thank you for a brilliant holiday and who knows maybe in a couple of years I will be ring you again with our next holiday dates. Very best wishes Sharon and Kevin

We recently returned from a 2 week holiday at this exceptional villa in Tuscan Ridge. We are a family of 4 including 2 teenagers. The villa provided spacious and luxurious accommodation and facilities. It was very well-maintained. It is in an excellent location, being near to attractions yet in a peaceful neighbourhood. We made daily use of the games room and pool/jacuzzi area and were pleased we chose to heat the pool. This made it comfortable to swim and relax at any time of day or in the evening. Our favourite restaurant was Cracker Barrel just down the road. Great home-cooked food and service at reasonable prices. Interesting country store adjoins the restaurant. Would definitely recommend this villa to others. The owner Terri looks after you brilliantly from the time of booking through to the end of the holiday.

We have been renting villas in florida for the last 12 years,and feel your villa Terri is definitely the best we have stayed in, we have already rebooked for 2011.The facilities are excellent with the added bonus of having such things as a games room,large pool,huge telly,gas bbq and a computer,all things that we now look for in a holiday home.The actual villa was spotlessly clean and was the most well presented and equipped that we have stayed in.The villa has everything you need to make your stay special. It is in a great location for access to the parks,supermarkets and restaurants and something which I love, golf courses. The communication, and information package we received when we booked the villa was excellent all little things to help make our stay stress free.Thanking you once again, and we are already looking forward to August 2011.

We stayed at Terri's villa in July 2010. The home was spectacular. Clean and very large. There are televisions in every bedroom and a games room. The pool/jacuzzi was beautiful and private as the property is slightly elevated from the neighbouring villas. Terri was a delight to deal with as was the management company, Citrus Grove. We will definately consider staying at this villa once again. Thank you Terri for allowing us to stay at your villa. It made our vacation that much better!

We just returned from holidays where we enjoyed living in this lovely villa!! Everything was perfect, the house is very clean and excellent furnished. We highly recommend this house to everybody and if we ever come back we will surely stay in this villa again. And last but not least we want to point out the very friendly and pleasant contact with the owners!! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus, das mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man sich wünschen kann. Insbesondere ist die Sauberkeit und die hochwertige Ausstattung hervorzuheben sowie der phantastische Kontakt zu den Eigentümern!! Wow! I can't say enough how painless the entire process was. Excellent communication from the beginning to now! Everything was wonderful! The house was clean and beautifully furnished. The location is excellent - stores nearby and not far from I-4. We would highly recommend this property and will keep it in mind for any future vacations to the Orlando area.

You dont find a better place

Why take "Disney Willa"? - Because you dont find a better place for the same amount! - Because Terri, the owner, is extremly helpfull and honest in all aspect. - Because the willa are perfect for a family with all the facilities. We - a danish family with 3 kids - will to any time recommend the willa. And at our next USA-tour we will return to Disney Willa as a wonderful base for taking around in the Orlando area. When we left Andrea, our daugther, four years, gave each of the two Minnie dolls, "living" in the house, a huge hug, and our two boys said they did'nt want to leave. In other words we had such a good time in the house. The most critical situation happend when Andrea by an accident locked the door to a room. But soon we found the small hidden "tool" to open it. Terri thinks at everything. Duing our two weeks stay we went to Disney, Seaworld and Kennedy Space Center. Before leaving Denmark we bought all the ticket though the ticket-agency Terri recommend. I good idea. When we arrived we just called the bureau and a man came with all the tickets 30 minutes later. "Disney Willa" is much better than to stay in a hotel - and much cheaper.

We just got back from Florida and your home was wonderful!! It made our stay fantastic. I have already told friends, family and co-workers about it. Everything was so clean and organized. We didn't want for anything.The game room was fun, the pool relaxing. Plenty of room for all of us. It was such a treat to come home from a hectic Disney day and have a comfortable, quiet place to stay - unlike loud hotels! You mentioned checking out the Gaylord, you're right it's a must see and the food is great! Your home offers everything a person could ask for. It's close to everything but not on top of everything. Your home is decorated so nice and homey. My grandson loved the Mickey Mouse room. And Terri, you are so nice and easy to work with. The location was super very near Airport and all attractions, the villa layout made our stay very comfortable giving us our own space when needed. Terri: We really enjoyed our vacation in your lovely home. It's a nice,quiet neighborhood, yet near so many attractions and activities. Its southwest location makes day trips to the gulf coast a breeze, with little driving time. We're golfers and there's something nearby for every skill level and every budget. We particularly enjoyed Ridgewood Lakes and Diamondback, both of which challenge your game without depleting your bank account. Of course, your heated pool and jacuzzi were much to look forward to after a round of golf. We will definitely recommend Disney Villa to our friends. John

Quiet, lovely place, wonderful people

Very nice accommodation. Easy to get to, this home was the perfect fit for our family vacation. At the last moment, our dog sitter fell through, so we needed a place that would be willing to accept pets, but Terri was very willing to work with us. The 4 bedrooms were well separated, allowing great privacy for the master bathroom, and the pool was a great meeting area for everyone. The pool heat is worth it when we went (week before Thanksgiving) even though the days were comfortably warm. There is a large shopping center lass than 5 minutes away, and the drive to Disney is easy and under 30 minutes to the parking lot. We also bought fresh produce at a local market about 3 minutes from the house - not just citrus! I would definitely return, and recommend this to friends and others looking for a 3-4 bedroom place. One thing - we did not use the gameroom as much as I thought, since it was in a less-trafficed area of the house, but it certainly didn't detract from our stay.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa.This is our 2nd visit to the villa and we once again found it to be first class.The villa is soooo comfortable with lovely decor and furniture.The photos on website just touch on how lovely it really is. The pool and jacuzzi were great and having opted for it to be heated meant that we could comfortably swim till late in the evening. We found that we were close to all the attractions and spoiled for choice when it came to eating out.. The management Company were easy to contact and it was good to know that they were only a call away.It was obvious that they took great pride in maintaining the villa as standard of cleanliness was 1st class. Terri the owner was helpful giving links and tips in the information booklet that she provides. We hope to return next year and would happily recommend to all . If I had any criticism it would be that Terri could not make my boss give me a me longer time off !!!!! as I could quite happily have stayed for longer !!!!

Great time in Sunny Florida

My family and I vacationed at the Villa in September. The weather was great and we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi (I would recommend getting it heated...even if it is hot outside). Terri was more than willing to help us with any inconveniences we had and was prompt to do so. The house was clean and spacious. The maintenance crews were helpful as well. We were very close to good restaurants, Sea World, Universal Studios, and a nice outlet center. We didn't go to Disney, but it was very close by as well. One member of our group is not able to walk around and this villa was very nice because there were no stairs (we did bring a small ramp for the front door). The bathroom attached to the "guest suite" was a walk-in shower which was convenient for this group member. The pictures of the house are accurate. It is hard to get a feel for how large the pool is, but it was actually larger than I thought it was going to be. Also the jacuzzi easily fits 4 - 5 adults. I would recommend you give this villa a shot! The neighborhood is very well maintained and felt very safe. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Hi Terri, We have just returned from your villa and I felt I had to write a review to let everyone know what a fantastic home you have. We have had a fansastic holiday and having your beautiful home to come home to everynight was a real bonus. The house is beautiful and very very clean, everything is provided and the master suite is out of this world. Having the PC and the Playstation was a real bonus which all the boys loved, we thought they would also make good use of the games room but we couldnt get them out of the lovely pool. The other real bonus is the location, the street it self is very quiet yet it is very near to a number of restaurants, Applebees became our favourite and the children were well catered for. Tuscan Ridge is also really close to the I4 and therefore you are never far away from the theme parks. I have stopped in a number of villa's before but never anything as good as this, I wouldnt hesitate in recommending it to anyone.
