Beautifully appointed, rustic, loft, unit has spectacular view of historic Park City and Deer Valley. Three bedrooms plus sleeper sofa in living room or loft for a maximum of Eight guests. Two full baths. Fully-equipped kitchen. Features include a wood burning fireplace, deck with exquisite views! The condo complex also has a shared outdoor hot tub if your group wants to spread out. This is an exclusive complex, and the units are not stacked so they are quiet. You will have a covered parking garage, and access to tennis courts and pool in the summer.
Located in the Silver Lake area (mid-mountain of the Deer Valley ski resort) there is Walk-in and ski-out access to the condo. You just have to take your skis off once when skiing home in order to cross a street(150 yards). Close to many other ski locations including Park City and The Canyons. Utah Vacation Homes will help you make a reservation at my condo. They still offer owner-direct rates and are there to provide 24-hour service to you as I live in Ohio.
