Located right on the water's edge, this lakefront home has a panoramic view of Lake Michigan from most rooms. The upper level is a private master suite with sitting area, gas fireplace and a balcony overlooking Lake Michigan. There is also a private master bathroom with separate shower and jetted tub. Perfect adult retreat.
The main level offers two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed plus a second bedroom with a full size bed. A full bathroom is also located on the main floor.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and a table with seating for six. A small sunroom that takes you to the deck plus a gazebo with a table and chairs for relaxing. Exterior decks on two sides of home, plus a 3rd deck on the water's edge, right on the beach.

Located only steps from Point Beach State Forest, just north of the City of Two Rivers, is a 2,900 acre natural area featuring campgrounds, nature trails, beautiful unspoiled beaches and the historic Rawley Point Lighthouse. Hike right from our front door to the park trails, beach and Rawley's Point Lighthouse.
Mariners Trail designed for bicyclists, walkers, joggers , 6 miles in length.
Rawley Point Trail: Hard packed limestone trail, 6 miles in length connecting Two Rivers and Point Beach State Forest. Concessions, rest rooms, picnic facilites and beaches available at both trails.
Bike Rental: Point Beach State Forest Concession Stand or Lighthouse Inn, Two Rivers.
Only 30 minutes from Blackwolf Run & Whistling Straits golf courses and site of the 2010 PGA!

- Downtown Two Rivers is a historic shopping district, completely renovated in 2005 with historic lighting, brick crosswalks and other amenities. Central Park, located in the midst of downtown is a great place to kick back and rest, amidst the splashing fountains and colorful flower beds. Visitors can take a mid-day break with an ice cream cone from the nearby Washington House. In the summer evenings The Central Park Pavilion is home to the city's Music Under the Stars program. For information on concerts and other special events go to the city's web-site, www.two-rivers.org. Local history is highlighted at Rogers Street Fishing Village (www.rogerstreet.com) Hamilton Museum of Wood Type, and the Two Rivers History Museum.
Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Rental rates for 2009 /2010:
Minimum 3 nights for $1,000 or 7 nights for $2,300.
A $300 damage/deposit is required in addition to the rent amount due.
This deposit is refundable after an inspection of the property.
$100 Pet Fee. (This is not refundable).
Other than normal use there will be a charge for excessive cleaning.
Arrival time is 4PM and departure time is 10:30AM.
5% Wisconsin Sales Tax on all rates.

I just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time at the lake house. Your perennial gardens were beautiful. The house was very cozy and the perfect size for us. We enjoyed watching the squirrels and gold finches from the kitchen table. The fire ring on the edge of the rock wall allowed us to spend each night outside watching the moon rise.
