The enormous private balcony offers you spectacular views of sunsets of the world-renowned emerald waters and white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Aerial Dunes II was built in 2007 and is located in the SeaScape Resort.
No other resort offers you so many choices with an 18-hole championship golf course, eight tennis courts, five over-sized pools, hot tubs, fitness center, steam and sauna,an on-site conference center, a wooden walkway to the beach, along with beach rentals including water sports, umbrellas, and chairs. There is a wonderful restaurant in the AD I building providing meals for the whole family- with delivery available to this unit!
Ariel Dunes is located within minutes of Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons Mall, plus other local beach shops. You can entertain the kids at our Big Kahuna's water park and play at The Track entertainment center. There are movies and putt-putt golf available nearby as well.

Our Ariel Dunes condominium home offers a large private balcony , nine-foot ceilings, travertine tile, well equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances, two full baths, eight-foot high sliding doors, laundry room and more. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has a double bunk bed (full size on top and bottom). The living room has a very comfortable queen size pull-out sofa. A pack-n-play is also available for infant sleeping. The is a new HD TV in the master bedroom!
