If you’re looking for a change from fast paced Waikiki then this townhouse is it. There is a wonderful breeze that flows through the unit. When the "surf's up" one can hear the waves in the distance. This condo is very nicely decorated in "North Shore Surfer Style" and features just about everything you need in order to relax and enjoy your vacation.
The unit features a newly remodeled kitchen as of October 1, 2010 with granite counter tops, new cabinets, and new appliances! The master bedroom/bath has a new king size bed. The loft/bedroom upstairs has full-size beds. There is a futon sleeper in the living room along with an additional bathroom downstairs, flat screen TV, and high speed internet.
On Oahu's friendly North Shore you will find a spirit of nostalgia, one of great beauty,landscape that has not been touched by time. If you have already visited the North Shore of Oahu you are fully aware of its breath taking beauty and tranquil environment.
At Turtle Bay you will find riding stables, tennis courts, walking/running trails, two championship golf courses,and a spa with outside massages. A short drive will take you to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Some of the most famous surfing spots are on the North Shore, such as Pipeline, Sunset Beach, and Waimea Bay. In the town of Hale’iwa, 13 miles from Turtle Bay, there are quaint shops and restaurants.
And if you get a longing for the big city Honolulu/Waikiki is a 40-minute drive south from Hale’iwa.
Renting a condo at Turtle Bay provides many resort opportunities without the high price. You can choose to enjoy the privacy of a meal on your own lanai with a major supermarket only a few miles away. For those times you want to be pampered enjoy one of the fine Turtle Bay restaurants.

Our party of four 20-something adults (2 couples) stayed at this property for a week in March, and we were really pleased with the location and unit. It was very clean, with plenty of space and amenities that we enjoyed. One couple took the King bed downstairs, and the other couple slept in the upstairs loft (just pushed the two beds together and it was fine). Each couple had a bathroom to themselves (one in the main bedroom, and the hall bathroom is a full bathroom that the upstairs couple used). We made use of the dishwasher and washer/dryer in-unit. The big screen tv is nice, and the kitchen had all of the pots/pans, plates, utensils, glasses etc. that we needed, including some things like condiments and coffee filters. The lanai was nice and shaded, looking out on the golf course. The AC worked nicely (it gets hot in the loft but cooled down nicely with the AC). We did a Costco and Foodland run and bbq'd several nights at the pool a couple buildings down. Pool was open till 10pm. If you want to use the tennis courts, be sure to have white-soled shoes. We borrowed the snorkeling gear and body boards for time at the beach. The beach is a bit of a walk, but not unpleasant. The unit is quiet and we barely heard a peep out of neighbors. Parking for one car was right next to the unit. We were about 1 to 1.5 hours away from Kailua and Waikiki, respectively. Haleiwa was about 20 minutes. This is a great bargain!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
