Lakefront walk-in level 2 bedroom condo at Parkview Bay, Osage Beach, Lake of the Ozarks. This professionally decorated unit is not your typical “lighthouse” motif or run of the mill condo. The deck has a tile floor and is fully screened-in, and a dynamic view of the State Park and protected cove. You can park right in front of this unit and have no steps – great for unpacking and bringing in the groceries. The 12 x 30 boat slip is a short walk, and the pool is also very close as well.
Parkview Bay has better amenities than other condos, and the added bonus of being the best location by car and by boat. By boat, you are in the undeveloped waters of the largest State Park in Missouri, yet within a few miles away from waterfront dining and dancing at Backwater Jack’s, The Topsider, and Dog Days. By car, you are in the heart of Osage Beach, just minutes from the outlet mall, golfing, boat rentals, antique shops, and fine dining. You’ll never tire of the large cove view, and this condo has a perfect eastern exposure so you can enjoy cocktails on the deck without roasting in the setting sun.
A quick word of advice – main channel and western views look great in photos, but the main channel is very noisy, from 6 AM when the bass boats hit the water to after midnight when the restaurants close and the western exposure can make a deck useless in the hotter summer months. This unit is worth the money and will not disappoint.
