My condo is in Seacrest Beach and borders Rosemary and Alys Beaches, so the location is ideal. You can enjoy the exclusivity of this particular area of Highway 30A without the higher prices. I've traveled to beaches all over the world, and the beaches along Highway 30A are the best of the best - unspoiled and uncrowded. The pool is the largest in the Panhandle and has swimming areas for all age-groups. The interactive water fountain is a unique feature to my property, enjoyed by kids and adults alike.
