Why the Owner Chose Monarch Beach
I've lived in Southern California (Laguna Niguel) since 1976 because of the immaculate weather all year around. This property was originally bought to be flipped; however, I decided to hang onto it for long term purposes because I put so much investment into the upgrades. In the meantime, I've chosen to rent out the property.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
First, one of the most unique benefits is that the entire community feels very comfortable with being inside the Ritz Point prestigious gated community. The community provides a wonderful pool and a number of spa's throughout the property. Inside my rental, I've designed it for a luxury 5-star property fully furnished. Everyone who stays in my rental has been nothing but 100% satisfied, which I feel the same as when I personally stay!
