ROLLING PRAIRIE is BEAUTIFUL in the WINTER! I can only remember one Christmas without snow, in many years. NOW RENTING FOR NOTRE DAME GAMES!

Our large chalet home with ceiling to floor windows and beautiful views of the three acre property is nestled in the center of the Saugany Lake Community. Saugany Lake is the cleanest lake in the state of Indiana.

We are located just minutes from New Buffalo, Michigan and Lake Michigan. Twenty miles west of Notre Dame and South Bend, Indiana, 25 minutes from the Indiana Dunes, one hour from Chicago. There is a train four miles from the chalet that goes into Chicago several times per day.

The chalet has a very large, lodge-style great room featuring a bar/island in the center, large and small refrigerator, gas fireplace, wireless high-speed internet, and an X-Box set up.

Very large, private master bedroom with huge vanity and 52-inch HDTV walks out onto a deck where there is an eight person hot tub with mood lighting. Master bathroom includes a two-person jetted whirlpool tub and shower.

Large walkout basement includes a 52-inch TV and surround sound stereo system. Board games, many books and a large DVD video library.

The chalet is surrounded by wood decking overlooking the beautiful and private property. When it snows, the beauty is brilliant! Saugany Lake is located one block away.. And is a private lake/beach that you will have access to. The water is crystal clear and there are floating docks with diving boards. There is also a volleyball pit.

If you love Prime Rib and/or Dungeness Crab, take a short walk down the road to Nowhere Bar & Grill (WE CHALLENGE YOU TO FIND BETTER PRIME RIB! ANYWHERE!). Or, be adventurous and try their cheese and pepper stuffed and deep fried black olives. Or just go to have a few drinks and play electronic darts.

We welcome pets as long as they are house broken or can remain outside or kept inside the mud room in the chalet.

We are the perfect place to stay during NOTRE DAME GAMES and during the Christmas and New Year Holidays. Once you stay in our Saugany Lake chalet, we are confident you will return for years to come!

CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled less than 30 days
prior to stay.  30-60 days prior = 1/3 deposit returned.  Over 60 days = 1/2
deposit returned.
