Our "Rubicon Chalet" is located in Lake Village, which is a community of townhomes. It’s situated on the south shore of Lake Tahoe, less than 1 mile north of the casinos at the state line (map the address below). The nearest ski resort is Heavenly - only a 5 minute drive away to the Gondola or Nevada side of the mountain up Kingsbury Grade. Kirkwood is about a 40 minute drive, as is Sierra @ Tahoe. Great location and close to everything in South Lake -- both during the winter and summer. Access to trails, fishing, the lake all so close!
Our updated townhouse (see link to pictures below), is a 2 bedroom plus a loft (3 levels). It’s 1,223 sq ft. with lovely forest views from 2 decks. Our home, an end unit, happens to be tucked away by the forest area of the property so you can start the morning with a nice leisurely stroll amidst the pine trees (like many of our neighbors do).
We look forward to sharing our comfortable, clean, and well maintained vacation home with you to enjoy with friends and family.

$140/night (2 night minimum) for non-holidays
$150/night (3 night minimum) for President's Day, MLK, Memorial Day and Labor Day
$160/night (4 night minimum) for July 4th and Thanksgiving

Extras: $130 cleaning fee to be left for caretaker;$200 security dep.(refundable)
