This is a lovely remodeled, comfortably furnished, home right in the middle of the Tri-Cities, Tri-State area. If you are in the area for the many fishing, baseball, soccer, or basketball tournaments, they are all just minutes away. Seven miles from Bristol Motor Speedway!
Fishermen: You'll be right in the middle of the great destinations of South Holston Lake, Boone Lake, and Watauga Lake. You'll be right in between two great trout streams as seen on ESPN, the South Holston and Watauga rivers. Also there are very many little known creeks that are full of trout.
White Water Rafting: It's available on the nearby Watagua River or the Nolichucky River (about a 30 or 40 min. drive).
Jonesborough, home of The National Story Telling Festival is about 30 minutes away.
People from all over the world will be in attendance.
The Appalachian Fairgrounds in Gray is about 20 minutes away.
If motorcycles are your sport, we have a nice garage to park and fine tune your bikes. You'll be just minutes away from US 421, aka "The Snake". Check out the "Country Store" in Shady Valley while your there, you'll love it. There are tons of back roads, gravel roads and mountains to explore as well. Hey, I ride also. Motocross fans and racers, you'll be about 20 minutes from Muddy Creek Raceway.
Mountain Bikes: It's about a 45 minute scenic drive to Damascus, Virginia. That's the home of the world famous "Virginia Creeper Trail". If you've not heard of it, look it up online, the place is awesome.
The NASCAR rates do not apply to the drag racing events at Bristol.

Why the Owner Chose Bluff City
We didn't actually buy this as a vacation rental. It was our first real home and we lived there for 20 years. Converting it to a VRBO home just seemed like the thing to do and it's worked out real well and we have met some great people.
The Unique Benefits of this Mobile Home
This isn't a log cabin in the mountains or on the lake or anything but the location is great to do your running around in this area. The neighbors are good people and most have lived there for several years.

Right off a major road, so it easy to get to. It's within easy driving of a lot of the attractions that make Northeast Tennessee great. We loved visiting "Rocky Mount", which is right down the road. Tim and Tanya were wonderful hosts and I want to thank them for the nice welcome basket they provided. Lots of delicious goodies to enjoy. We hope to bring our dog next time, if he's feeling up to the trip, because there is a nice big fenced in yard for him to run around in. Thanks again for being such great hosts.

The rental property was great for race weekend and was a good deal for the money. The rental property was clean and tidy and close to the track. Tonya was a great hostess and left a gift basket with all kinds of neat surprises! We would consider staying here for future race weekends!

We rented from Tim and Tanya for the March Bristol Race. It was wonderful! Neat and clean with our every need taken care of from coffee to movies. It was a perfect location, close to everything. We will be returning in the future. Thanks again for the use of your rental home!

Tim and Tonya were very friendly and courteous. Place was very clean and centrally located. The gift basket was very thoughtful and the rental met all our needs with plenty of extras. Excellent rental especially for anyone with dogs. We have stayed at many cabins and Tim and Tonya were the best!!!

We spent a beautiful and relaxing vacation at this location. Everthing was so neat and clean and comfortable. There are 100's of places to go and see on a days trip form there. Tim and Tanya were wonderful in helping us. Great place if you have a number of bikes to secure.

The area was beautiful.. the house was very convenient to many places.There was plenty of room in the house for all of us, and it was very comfortable. We stayed at the house while at the CMA Rally in Gray. Tim and Tanya were very friendly and helpful. We'd stay there again when in Tenn.

What a great place to stay! Everything was very clean! The house is completely furnished, we had four people there, but there is plenty of room for more! The owners,Tanya & Tim are very friendly and helpful, and even included some special "welcome surprises" for the visit. We highly recommend this rental when in the Tri-city area!
