Spacious, two story, TWO-bedroom Suite, beach house with panoramic view of ocean. In the morning, watch beautiful sunrises from the expansive deck off the living - or dining room and kitchen. Then, in the evening, relax while you watch some of the most colorful sunsets from the third story 35' sun deck. Private access to white sandy beach. Walk the beach for miles uninterrupted.

Large master bedroom contains a King bed, closet, and private bathroom. Second Master bedroom suite is furnished with two twin beds. Second bath has shower with two shower-heads. This home is fully furnished and includes linens, towels and cookware. Other amenities include two Cable TVs, VCR, coffee pot, microwave oven, stove, refrigerator, along with a washer and dryer.

This is the owners second home and has everything you need for a pleasant relaxing get-away. Very well appointed and maintained for friends and guests to enjoy the sights and surf of New Smyrna Beach. There is tile throughout except in the bedrooms. A Fireplace for those cooler nights, or just to add more romance to your stay.

When you step out the front door to go to the beach, you will have Beach towels, blankets, umbrellas, and chairs at your disposal. When you return you will be able to use the outside shower after your romp in the ocean surf.

Disney World, Universal-Orlando, Sea World, Daytona, the Kennedy Space Center and other Central Florida attractions are less than 90 minutes away. Great restaurants, taverns, and shops just minutes away. **Not all guests will get to see the Shuttle Launches.
