Beautiful Country Estate (original Hidden Valley home) on almost an acre of land just minutes from the famous La Jolla Shores Beach surrounded by fabulous old eucalyptus trees. Our California Ranch home wraps around a huge red brick patio with gas Barbeque for all of those wonderful summers nights. Private pool and Jacuzzi. In addition two Tennis Courts, Large Community Pool and clubhouse just two houses up the street.
Walking distance to the beach, five minutes to La Jolla Village yet you will feel like you are in the country. This is a large 4000 square foot home with large rooms with cathedral vaulted ceilings. There are three bedrooms plus studio and den with convertible sofa. There are four full bathrooms (tubs and showers).
Master bedroom and bath have just been remodelled with bamboo and travertine floors, white vessel sink and floating glass Steam Shower...very spa/zen-like for your ultimate relaxation.
La Jolla is a unique SEASIDE COMMUNITY with fabulous shops, art galleries, and incredible restaurants. This home is ideally situated in a tranquil country-like setting just minutes from the best swimming, surfing, kayaking beach in San Diego.
All of these fantastic San Diego attractions are within 15 minutes:
San Diego Zoo, Sea World, The Scripps Aquarium, Balboa Park and museums, La Jolla Playhouse, famous Torrey Pines golf course, Del Mar Racetrack, and downtown San Diego with lots more restaurants and attractions. San Diego Airport is only twelve minutes form us and Mexico is only a 30 minute drive.
Bring your toothbrush and bathing suit and we will have everything else you need to have a summer vacation you will never forget. Just bring your enthusiasm, jump in a kayak and paddle to the caves. Go snorkelling at the Cove. Play tennis at your own home without having to make any club reservations...or just finally get to relax with a good book.
Also about 40 minutes away Legoland, Wild Animal Park, Temecula wine country. Surfboards and Kayaks and wetsuits can be rented at the shores.
Pool service one/week, Maid service one/week (more often at renter's expense). Fabulous PRIVATE CHEF available to deliver meals at renter's expense. (FIRST DINNER is on Us!)
