  Our family of five had the pleasure of spending two weeks in this lovely condo over the Christmas Holidays. The property was clean and well maintained, it had everything we needed and more. We did a lot of walking and always felt safe where ever we went. Los Cabos is such a lovely town. The property owner Peggy and the property manager George were very helpful in answering all of our questions before our trip and while we were there. We would definety recommend this property to friends/family and we hope to return in the future.

  What an amazing trip! The condo made this stay very enjoyable. The pictures and description of the condo were very accurate. It was very clean and well maintained. The location was ideal, close to all services we needed and walking distance to the beach, restaurants and ICE CREAM! The owner and her property managers were amazing and able to answer all my questions prior to the trip and during our stay. The other people staying in this facility were very friendly and helpfull also. We tried an all inclusive resort during our stay for 1 full day and have definately decided we will be back to stay in this condo again.

  Wonderful holiday in Cabo ..14 days of sun. Accomadations were great and having the vehicle was so helpful. Large shopping center close by the grab groceries or take the car to Costco and buy food and drinks. Easy, quiet safe location. 20 minute walk to town or drive in 5. Canadian owned restaraunts close buy and great shopping. Night life is quiet in San Jose but San Lucas has everthing you could want.Would definiely rent this condo again. Has everything you need, is close to everything and reasonalby priced. 2 great decks and a BBQ for breakfast and sitting and relaxing

  We booked this unit with another couple and so the up/down bed and bath layout was perfect for us! Once we got unpacked we headed in the SUV (comes with the unit) to the nearest MEGA store to stock up on food and libations. So easy to get around in San Jose Del Cabo, we love it here! The SUV enabled us to get out and explore some of the way out gems like Todos Santos and my favorite, Cerritos Beach. On this trip, we also discovered some other local beaches like Playa Santa Marie nearby that we hadn't been to before and were well worth the 10 minute drive. We spent a great deal of time at Shooter's Rooftop bar in town (great happy hour prices) and fabulous view overlooking the town. This unit was perfect for us and we would stay here again. It was well located and stocked with everything you could need for a fun vacation!

  This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The whole complex was immaculate and the staff were very polite. It was a real bonus having the two pools so close. The spacious balcony was great to eat breakfasts, barbeque, and star gaze in the evening. The kitchen was well supplied, lacking nothing if you decided to cook in. The beds were very comfortable. Restaurants were excellent, and grocery stores were within walking distance, the use of the car was a real asset for day trips, sightseeing etc..? Can't say there was anything I disliked. The sun, sand and sights were absolutely gorgeous and I would recommend this rental property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

  Our family of four needed a place that was secure and quiet. We found that in Peggy’s unit. Three pools in the complex made it easy to keep the kids happy on hot afternoons too. The vehicle was a really useful addition, there’s lots to see in the area. I especially enjoyed breaksfast on the balcony watching the sun rise over the ocean. The listing description and photo's were accurate. There were no suprises. The property was clean and well maintained and George, the property manager, was there to greet us and available to assist. I would recommend this condo to my friends and family.

  Peggy made the whole experience for us, as first time travelers to San Jose Del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas much smother than it could have been. From the beginning she sent suggestion sheets that made getting from the airport to the condo and back pleasant and easy. And everything else was there in the information sheets so we didn't have any questions that weren't already answered before we got there. The condo is beautiful. The balcony over looks the golf course and the pools. And it was quite. we could go into Cabo San Lucas for the evening, have a great time and then go back to the condo or a quite night and morning. The food in San Jose We thought was better than most places in Cabo and at a better price. I like the quite breakfasts on the balcony, and the conveniences around the Condo best. It really made for a relaxing vacation. I did think the pool in the second phase was a little small, And that the ocean wasn't as close as I wanted to it be. But even so I want to go back!

  A nicely appointed unit in a great location. Very good security. The property rep met us at the unit and was very informative and helpful. It saved time finding decent restaurants/shopping and beaches. I recommend a vehicle here as most things are away from the condo. Pool and grounds were well maintained. It was very quiet during our stay with only a few units in the complex actually occupied. If you have any health issues the two flights of stairs to the 3rd floor might be a problem. I would recommend this unit.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

  Had a great time at this condo rental. The car was an added bonus and the sightseeing was great. The grounds were very well kept and the condo clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. We didn;t use the golf course as we don't golf . The condo was close to town and within walking distance to everything. Would go again.

  This condo was a huge disappointment. The pic's posted on the website were obviously taken when the place was new. A good portion of our month was spent cleaning up and around the workers that the owner hired to repair the various issues that should have been dealt with before our arrival. The La Costa property itself is great. Shop around, as it has many clean, upgraded condos for a reasonable amount.

  Owner response: We have owned this condo for 15 years and have never had a complaint. This tenant went out of her way to find problems and then requested a refund. Any issues she had were rectified immediately. I am certain this has been stemmed by my unwillingness to offer the refund. When i received a review from Flipkey from this same tenant i asked the previous renter to let me know if she had any issues. She rated our condo 5 stars on flipkey so this further confirmed that the issues had been imagined.
