"Estilo de Vida" ("The Style of Life") is available for short-term and long-term rental.
The property offers a private pool with complete privacy due to the secluded nature of the property. The temperature of the pool is a wonderful 86 degrees all year around. Located at an altitude of 700 feet above Sea level the property avoids the problem of pesky mosquitoes.
Each bedroom has a walk-in closet and the Master Bedroom is air-conditioned. Free wireless internet is available throughout the house.

- Air Conditioning: Master Bedroom is Air Conditioned. Upper Bedrooms do not have air conditioning, but have large French Doors that can be left open at night to enjoy the natural mountain breezes. Ceiling Fans and Oscillating Standing Fans make for a comfortable nights sleep.
- Washer: Located in Laundry room off of Kitchen and Garage
- Dryer: Located in Laundry room off of Kitchen and Garage. An Iron and Ironing Board are available for the use of guests.
- Linens Provided: All new Linens and towels as of March 2009.
- Garage: 2 Car Garage. You will receive a Remote so that you can drive straight in without having to get out and unlock a door.
