Skiwatch is one of the few truly ski-in, ski-out condos available at Breckenridge where you can ski in and out as well as get on a lift right out the door. You'll really appreciate the convenience - falling out of bed to the slopes, coming in for lunch, or just taking a break - particularly if you have kids! The new gondola up from town also adds to the ease of use.
Located at the Peak 8 base, you start by skiing down 40 yards to either the Colorado or Rocky Mt. Superchairs. To take a break or come in for lunch (easy and less expensive!), you can literally ski into the building off Springmeier/Swinger (green) or Dukes/Norhstar (blue).
The Peak 8 location is also the "epicenter" for boarders with all the major terrain parks on the left side.
If you get tired of skiing or boarding, there are a lot of other things to do - the Recreation Center for a family swim, pottery, cross country, horses, ice skating, SkiDoo, etc. and other winter activites as well - both indoor and outdoor.
Don't forget about the summer! The golf courses are great, spectacularly scenic, and incredibly difficult. Some of the highest altitude golf courses in America are here! Every summer there also is a Music Festival with great live music.

Why the Owner Chose Skiwatch
My grandfather built a house in Breckenridge in 1962 and our family hasn't left since. We grew up skiing on weekends from Denver, staying at Grandpa's, and loading/unloading the car every time. Then ... we tried Skiwatch through a friend and never looked at driving again, particularly with kids!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our unit is one of the large vaulted units on the fourth floor although it's really more about the building than just the unit - literally ski in and out at the base of Peak 8.

Skiwatch 433 is owned by 4 friends, 3 of which went to junior high, high school, and college together in Colorado. We've spread out since with two of us in California, one in Illinois and one remaining in Colorado on the Front Range.

What an awesome vacation! We stayed in this unit over New Years Eve 2011. There was plenty of room for all of us. We stayed in 3 skiwatch units this year, but this was the only one that had a 3rd bathroom (in the loft), which was much appreciated! There was plenty of games and puzzles for us in our down time. The location of skiwatch really cannot be beat - we would grab our skis out of the lockers and ski down to the base of peak 8. At the end of the day we literally ski in to the building, take off our stuff, and hop in the hot tub! Another nice feature not mentioned was the Breck Connect Gondala. It was a ~3min walk to the gondala stop from the condo which took us right into town. This was perfect for our day off, since we didn't want to deal with parking in town. Overall we had an awesome trip and everyone cannot wait to return to Skiwatch next time!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

What a location! Hate walking in ski boots. Saved so much valuable slope time because of the convenience. Not to mention the less expensive ski in/ski out lunches etc. Our crew of ten was very cozy. As advertised, nice, clean and well equipped. We'll be back! Thanks, The Weber Crew

We spent several days in this condo and it was a great experience. Being able to ski in and out was fantastic. We had nine people total and there was plenty of room for everyone. You have to drive a short distance to get to town (unless you want to ski down), but the proximity to the slopes easily makes up for that. We will definitely come back.
