BEDROOMS
The spacious and luxurious master king bedroom is 21ft x 15ft and has a KING SIZE 4 POSTER BED Cable TV, and ensuite bathroom with Garden Tub and walk in shower.
The second master bedroom has a KING SIZE BED, Cable TV, and ensuite bathroom.
The 3rd master has a QUEEN SIZE BED, Cable TV, DVD and ensuite bathroom, which leads out onto the pool area.
There are also two twin bedrooms with Cable TVs. These bedrooms share a Bathroom.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and are air conditioned. As well as the four mentioned bathrooms there is also a downstairs powder room.
KITCHEN & BREAKFAST NOOK
The Kitchen of this luxury Florida villa is fully equipped to cater for up to twelve people. With a microwave, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and cooking utensils. This stunning Orlando Home has plenty of seating with two dining areas. The sunny breakfast nook, which seats six, has patio doors opening onto the extended pool area.
3 LOUNGE AREAS
After a busy day at the parks you can relax in any of this luxury villas 3 family seating areas. The family room has a large screen cable TV, VCR and DVD.
More restful is the 2nd seating area, next to the dining room.
In the upstairs loft area (our 3rd lounge area)there is another television with DVD player and playstation 2. There is also a COMPUTER with WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS.
POOL AND SPA AREA
We have a South facing, upgraded 30ft X 15ft fully screened pool with coloured lighting and a spa. There is a decking area for lounging, which enjoys sunshine from morning until dusk and also a lanai to provide shade. The pool and decking area back onto a conservation area.
GAMES ROOM
The game room has a 8ft Pool Table, Full size table tennis table and new arcade game with 60 games including Space Invaders, Galactica and Pac Man. We also have 2 sets of golf clubs.
