This recently-updated ground-level condo is the perfect vacation getaway for you and your family or friends. Walk out the front door to gorgeous valley views, and head out to explore all that Jackson Hole has to offer. Whether you're off to hike, raft or ride horses in the summer, or heading out to the slopes, snowmobile or snowshoe in the winter, this unit is the perfect starting and ending point for your adventures.
The unit is roughly 760 square feet, has been very well maintained, and is cared for and serviced regularly by a local property management company. A roughly five minute walk puts you to where the snow begins for a short glide to the base of Rendezvous Mountain (affectionately referred to by locals as "The "Village" ski area). Don't want to make the trek in the snow? No problem; grab one of the shuttles that regularly comes by the unit (in the winter season only).
Located a very short walk from Sundance Tennis and Swim Club to which you'll have full membership privileges during your stay! Among other amenities, the club has two tennis courts, an outdoor heated pool, two jacuzzis and kids' pool.
The interior recently received a complete painting with warm colors, new two-inch wood blinds on all windows, refurnishing of the dining room table, new lighting and ceiling fan fixtures, and other updates that were so recent that we haven't had an opportunity to get all of the new photos on our website!

Why the Owner Chose Teton Village
Cary instantly fell in love with the beauty of Jackson Hole and all it has to offer when he first visited on a ski trip with his aunt, uncle and cousins in 1987. Ashley quickly felt drawn to the Valley and its surroundings on our first trip to Jackson together in December 2005. Twenty years after Cary's first visit, the time was finally right for us to buy our one and only vacation property, and we wouldn't even consider having it anywhere other than here, Teton Village, home of the greatest ski area in the world, and just three miles south of the breathtaking Grand Teton National Park.

Our names our Cary and Ashley. We're husband and wife, and proud owners of this Teton Village condo, which is our home away from home. Far from your run-of-the-mill investment property that gets neglected by its owner, we travel several times per year from our home in Portland, Oregon to use and enjoy Gros Ventre B-8; and each time we go, we make a concerted effort to udpate and freshen up our condo to make it more cozy and comfortable for our next guests. We know you'll enjoy staying at our place just as much as we do.

Condo was clean and well-furnished with quality kitchenware. Being on the first floor was nice - easy in and out. Nice view of Jackson Hole and mountains, and conveniently located between Tetons and Jackson. We were 3 adults and 2 small children, and could've slept another adult or 2 kids. The owner, Cary, was very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this Teton Village condo and would stay here again.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The condo needs a major renovation; it looks cheap and outdated. The listing stated the washer and dryer were in the condo but they were in a basement (not part of the condo) and was coin operated. And the mattress was too firm.
Owner response:We are sorry that these renters were not satisfied in these regards. We have never had any comments of this nature, whether on this VRBO site or in the guest book in our condo. True, there are no granite counter tops, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, jacuzzi bathtubs, etc., which never seem to add much to your stay except cost. The photos speak for themselves. This is a very cozy, clean and comfortable condo that countless guests have enjoyed since we purchased it in April 2007. As for the washers and dryers, the information on this VRBO site (which was the same as when these guests rented) clearly states they are coin operated, not that they were located with our one-bedroom condo. Regarding the bed, we have had only positive comments about its comfort - one person's "too firm" is another person's "too soft."

My fiance' and I loved your condo; it was perfect. The size and decor was exactly right for us, and of course the location is great. We are a couple in our 60s and found Cary's condo an excellent accomodation (great bed, fully equipped kitchen, tub/shower combo, wireless connection, nice view, no stairs) for an early summer vacation in the Tetons. Teton Village itself has restaurants and shops for necessities and a wonderful gondola ride for spectacular views. It is an an easy trip on good highway into the town of Jackson and only a few minutes into Grand Teton National Park.

The condo is very nice and a perfect location to everything in Teton Village. Cary was a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend anyone to stay here if they want to truly relax and enjoy all that the Jackson Hole area has to offer!
