This beautiful 4 bed, 3 bath villa offers accommodation for up to 10 people. It is striking in many aspects and has the added bonus of being south facing so the private heated pool and spa are open to the sunshine from early morning to late evening. Another major plus is the fun to be had in the Game Room which includes an 8 foot pool table and bar-football table.
We have paid close attention to ensure that the villa offers everything to make your vacation special. With spacious rooms and in excess of 2,000 square feet of living area, the villa has two large en-suites and a family bathroom. There are oversized beds and TVs in all rooms, along with Play-station 2, DVD and CD player for your enjoyment. There is even a free crib and high-chair should your party require it.
We provide free local and long distance/international calls and also have wireless broadband internet access.
Outside the peaceful, private patio and extended decking benefits from comfortable cushion seating and sun loungers overlooking the pool and spa.
Situated on the exclusive Calabay Parc development, just off US 27 and close to both the I4 and 192, we have the added benefit of being very close to the parcs, with MGM Studios only being 10 minutes away. This prime and private location is close to ChampionsGate Golf and is conveniently placed to avoid the traffic congestion some of the other locations experience.
With many testimonies from both North American and UK guests, we pay special attention to requirements to ensure our villa offers everything you could possibly require to make your vacation memorable.
For your peace of mind, we are licensed with the DPBR and have a local based Management Company, who are registered with the Haines City Chamber of Commerce and CFPMA.
