- Quiet away from the noise and hustle bustle of "tourist" hype. A definite get away from it all place yet close enough to "go to" it all in a short 5 minute drive over the bridge. If you like to go home and be quiet but be close enough to have it all when you want, then this is definitely a wonderful place for you. Great references. Condo has everything you need,,,,EVERYTHING!! Many previous tenants have tried to leave reviews for me but cannot get them to load on the site. Why the Owner Chose Gulf Gate
I have visited every inch of Florida and the family has owned property for three generations. I searched for five years for the perfect place in the perfect location. It was love at first sight for me. The Siesta Key Beach is breath taking. The condo in Gulf Gate gets me away from the noise of the tourist attractions in just a few minutes. I was very lucky to find this place and I am proud to offer it to others to enjoy when I am not there myself.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I love to sit and look out the large lanai windows and watch the tree tops. This is a peaceful, kind of hidden spot.

We love the condo, we’ve been there several times and we’ve never had any problems. Winnie has always been very friendly and very helpful. Overall the condo is very clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed which is very comfortable. It has it’s own walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and it’s own bathroom. The kitchen is very modern and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is also a very comfortable living and dining area. There is a pool which most of the time we have to ourselves. The condo is located in a very quiet subdivision about a 5-7 minute car ride to Siesta Key Beach. There’s a small executive 27 hole golf course right across the street. There’s a huge selection of restaurants, grocery stores and malls close by to choose from and there’s a large outlet mall about 40 minutes away. I’ve recommended the condo to several of our friends, we consider it our Florida home away from home.

My wife and I along with our 2 daughter have been staying at this condo for our summer vacation for the past 7 years and we have always enjoyed it. The unit has everything you need to live comfortably and is conveniently located. Both the condo and the building are well-maintained and kept clean. We highly recommend it.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
