From the minute we walked in the condo we felt we were at home. All i could think was WOW. My 4 year old grandson walked in went to the back and said "look at the view" ! The description of the unit is spot on and not exaggerated ! The space we had in our unit was exceptional and beautifully decorated . The pool area was enormous and great for large parties . I would highly recommend this location and come back again ! edwin was very gracious and reassuring ! I truely enjoyed my time there.

We had a "maaavelous" time in your condo. Had Cecil's parents who enjoyed one of the masters and Cecil and I loved the other one. The kids used the new little bedroom and the teenager used the blow up bed and couches. Great furniture. Very upscale look to the place. We were so glad the patio did not go straight out to the water because of the younger kiddos. They loved the pools and the rock hot tub. We actually enjoyed BOTH hot tubs!! Thank you so much for being so available to us anytime we needed to. WE would definitely stay at your place again!!

Terrific place to relax and unwind. The Condo is in great shape and the grounds and amenities are exceptional. The owner went the extra mile to advise us of all the surrounding attractions and eateries. He even had discount tickets for us to enjoy some of the local flavors. We have visited many destinations and this one surely ranks among the top, from the way the reservation was managed, the cleanliness of the unit and the location. Thank you for providing a wonderful service. Will come back again! Tony & family

I have been meaning to write this review for sometime. I just re-booked another 'heavenly' vacation, and it reminded me of this. I have stayed here three times already. The joy of anticipation is wonderful! (the sorrow of leaving is not....) But I always come back to what I refer to, as my 'east coast heaven!' I'm from the west coast, and although we have amazing sunsets, sitting on the porch, sipping my coffee in the am, and my favorite wine in the pm, I have never seen the sun & moon behave so spectacularly, as I do & have in Key Largo!!! The pool is wonderful. And I love having just enough in a gym. The restaurants are terrific! Fresh fish, being my fav! There is so much to do, and such much to do of 'nothing.' ahhh.....that's my joy! Even when there is a passing storm, I find myself transformed by it's beauty & power. I do spend a lot of time on the porch. There is this guy who moors a boat, (several moored right out front!) and everyday he & his dog, paddle in his dingy to shore....and then back. It's a delightful...view! The owner provides us with so much information. Even the 1st time we stayed, I felt as if I really knew my way around. He is there to always answer any question or concern one may have. I recommend this cozy, beautifully decorated, vacation 'home'....to all. Blessings, M. Shaker~

My husband, 3 year old and infant stayed this past April. As the other reviews state, the place is bigger than the pictures. Very nice kitchen/appliances, great pool area (large) and very few people were there, which made it extremely private and relaxing! Lovely view of the water from inside and out. I would recommend for a quiet relaxing family vacation. Nearby restaurants and freshly caught fish sold just down the road a few miles.

We stayed at the condo for 1 week in January of 2011 and had a wonderful time. The condo is in great shape and the views are fantastic. The condo is within the Mariners Club which has very nice landscaping and tons of space to enjoy the ocean (pool, sandy beach). Everything was kept up very well and our toddler loved the zero entry pool. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, including beach toys and 2 pack 'n plays so we did not even have to bring those. Ed, the owner of the condo, was very nice and easy to deal with. We had a small issue with the whirlpool tub and he had it fixed within 24 hours. We would defenitely come back for another stay and recommend the condo to friends and family.

We rented this nicely appointed condo for the last week of June into July. This property was fantastic! My wife and two kids 12 & 15 (who are very particular to a nice clean place) thought it was so nice they didn't want to leave. The pictures really don't do it justice... although they are accurate you just don't get the real feel of this condo it was like a home, not a rental. Out the back porch was the Atlantic ocean and off in the distance you could see the heat lighting for a few nights- it was great! The weather was perfect -in the low 90's but not unbearable for the whole week only rained when we left up near Miami. No bugs either. We went to the pool almost every day which is just less than a minute to walk around the back in the white sand which was nicer to walk on than the rocks by the parking lot. The grotto is salt water which I found out later and was never crowded as well as the owners pool which was available also. The Dive In next store was great to just drive over(you cannot walk over even though you can see it from the parking lot) and rent a boat or waverunner or scuba gear etc. was very friendly and reasonably priced. The Islamorada Fish Co is a great place to eat as we explored others the Conch House we liked also (but not on the waterfront) and Bayside Grill and Marker 88 restaurants were excellent with great service. We also took the kids to swim with the dolphins at theather by the sea which was about 7 miles to Islamorada it was fantastic and they were very thrilled. It was expensive but worth it to see the look on their faces. We also took a day to drive to Key West and shop Duval Street which was very hot but stores had a/c -definately a party town there! Anyway we want to come back to this property the only small issues we had were getting in and out of the condo as it was annoying to wait for security to get back from rounds and open the gate for 15 minutes one time and the cracked tile in the condo only one or two but they need replacing - other than that everything worked great and was in very good condition during our visit -we would love to come back here.

I personally loved the jacuzzis and the jetted tub in the master bath. The lagoon pool was phenomenal. The club actually had the entire pool and lounge are niceley shaded with palms and white, fine, clean sand. Our kids enjoyed this as they love to do the beach things like playing in the sand, building sand castles. The sunrises are breathtaking and the weather... even tho it was raining alot in Miami was always nice at our place, This place beautiful, well maintained and had everything you would expect of a "luxury" condo. We love South Beach in Miami and it was only 45 minutes from there we we dined and clubbed the night away. The Dive-in next door was very accomodating too for our diving and very reasonable for boat and dive stuff rentals. We liked the back door access especially for the kids. We could keep an eye on them while we lounge on the porch. so we had front and back door entry as we needed. We used the back door most of the timetoo because the parking was like 20 steps from the back door. This was great! The sunrises were unreal. Very private yet only a short walk to everything in the Club...Not like the Ocean Reef Club way to big and old. Well stocked with everything you need. Many places we stayed were not at all like the pictures and write-up. But this one was pretty much write on. Owner was always available for questions as we were getting ready to come. This was good for our family and we give it an big thumbs up.
Owner response:Thank you Bob and Peg for your review. As is our promise for all who write a review positive or not so positive, we will enter your email in a drawing for a free 4day/3night stay at our luxury condo in the WINNING REVIEW RANGE OF STAYS. The cleaners loved how well you left our home. We welcome you back any time.... and 10%OFF of your next stay for taking great care of our condo. TY again! Ed

The owner was great for providing tips and information. We felt well informed upon our arrival and the condo was better than imagined -- very spacious and beautifully furnished. We were right around the corner from our parking and perfectly situated between the dock, pool and marina. The pool was advertized as the largest in the Keys. I believe it! With its zero-entry access, it was perfect for my 3-year-old. The restaurant across the marina cooked our catch for a reasonable price. Our catch -- a 118 lb. swordfish and well over 200 lbs. (numbering 10) of mahi mahi. We ordered it to go and ate in our dining room with a good bottle of wine, enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean from the large sliding glass doors. The pictures on the website almost don't do it justice. From the dock off to the left of the back of the condo, we spotted a nurse shark swimming below us. We chartered our boat at John Pennecamp State Park and had our own private dolphin show a mile from shore. It was a perfect place for a perfect vacation! Highly recommended (from a picky person)!!!

This luxury condo was everything and more than we could have ever expected. The owner even gave us a detailed map of the wonderful and well maintained gated club showing us exactly where to park. He sent us discount coupons to the Dive-in where we rented our dive equipment. There is alot to see, very little traffic and the view of the ocean and especially the sunrises are breathtaking. There is plenty of room, very clean and everything worked. Very quiet too. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome too... warm and relaxing. Loved the tennis courts, lounge chairs by the pool and the white sandy beach. Breakfast on the marble porch each day was great. We even book to go back already. TY Mr Owner for all your attention to detail and be available when we had our few questions. We highly recommend to all. The internet was fast and always worked too.

This property and location was notehing short of magnificent. It is everything and more than we ever expected. It was so peaceful and quiet and super private, yet close to everything. We especially enjoyed the sunrises and the moon from the master bedroom. Everything was in great repair- which is NOT what we have experienced at so many other places we have stayed. Mr Cameron was always reachable. He went to great lengths to not just have instructions in the truely luxurious condo but even sent us a tip list of 25 key items but also sent us discount coupons that saved us hundreds of dollars to are attractions, restaurants, and a detailed map of the club even showing us the best place to park and unload our luggage/groceries and so on. We especially loved the rear access to the white sandy beach ... huge well kept pool... soothinglly hot jacuzzi a few steps from his cond... so private we even enjoyed some middle of the night skinny dipping lol. We can hardly wait to return. The one drawback was we wished we had more time there... We did not want to ever leave. He even has a fantastic surround sound system with instructions how to plug my ipod and computer in to enjoy our music.

The pictures do not do this condo justice. Much more beautiful and well kept than you can see in the pictures. And the solitude, yet proximity to all the great places you want to enjoy: Boats, diving trips, docks, fishing, lobertering, pool, lounge, white sand beac and jacuzzi are practically right outside the back door. Unlike the other condos you have 2 access points to everything - the back door and front door. We used the back door most of the time. The sunrises were unreal. The music center you could blast with no complaints by neighbors - very thick walls - loaded with insullation I guess. Well stocked with everything you need. Many places we stayed lacked much. But Ed's condo even has 2 queen sized air mattresses in addition to the sofa bed (queen). He was always accessible too - answered the phone when we called to get help with hooking up to the wireless internet in his place. He even sent us an invaluable tip sheet and coupons to area activities and restaurants. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS and have booked it in April 2009. He has a virtual tour link at the bottom of his listing that gives you 360 degree looks at each room. and the "View" of the Ocean. We were amazed that the ocean was really like 12ft from the porch ! We love this place. What a find Frank!

The condo is lovely! The waterfront view is beautiful! The pool is just around the corner with grills available to eat and relax poolside! The condo is decorated beautifully and is very comfortable! The kitchen is great, although it could use more untesils-only 1 steak knife, spatula, and no blender. The appliances though are great; we loved the extra ice maker! It came in handy for our daily cooler loadings for the days at Pennekamp and trips down to the other Keys. I liked the washer and dryer on the porch, where I enjoyed the view while folding clothes on the lanai table. At first the dryer did not work, but my husband cleared the vent, and it then it worked great! The main problem with the condo is the water pressure was horrible, and the water would get scalding hot and then cold. Ed was aware of the problem, and it is supposed to be corrected. Other than that we loved the condo! Ed is very nice and even called after our arrival to ensure that everything was to our liking! I liked working with him, he always calls back if you have a question and even had some travel tips for back and forth trips to Miami that my husband had to make while we were in Key Largo. If you have to do buisness in Miami, this condo is a great place to stay and relax between meetings! We had a great time and enjoyed snorkeling at the many reefs just offshore from the condo! The reefs are beautiful! Oh and if you have a boat or jet skis, they have a place to park your trailer and store your skis, but there is not a boat ramp (we used the boat ramp at John Pennekamp and another park further down-I can't remember the name) They will however put your boat or jet ski in the marina with a huge forklift. You can even rent a slip to store your boat or jet skis in the marina. Of course these all have additional fees, but we were glad they were available! Enjoy the keys, we sure did!
