This is a very comfortable contemporary house. It is 300 metres from the beautiful beach of Seapoint which stretches for six kilometers with the mountains of Mourne as a backdrop. It is on the second green of this very challenging golf course and has three very large windows overlooking the green and the third tee box. The house is elegantly furnished with antiques and contemporary paintings.
The living space is very large and attractively decorated in pastels. The drawing room, which benefits from the evening sun is a delight. The bedrooms are all large and extremely comfortable. The bathrooms are big and there is a separate utility room. The lighting is subtle. The mood of the house is very tranquil. There is a patio to the front of the house, where you can observe the golf while dining.
