Great for people going to a wedding at the nearby wineries! An ideal location for outdoor enthusiasts, hikers, anglers, wine country visitors, bikers, cyclists, and those seeking a mountain escape. Located on a private, graveled road, in the heart of Turner’s Corner, an eclectic little community, is close to the Chestatee River. Also conveniently located to Helen, Cleveland, Dahlonega, Suches and the Appalachian Trail, as well as the favorite cycling and motorcycle routes, including Tour de Georgia. Your weekend getaway is just 75 miles north of Atlanta, straight up GA 400, in the heart of North Georgia's wine country. It is located right on the famous North Georgia Wine Highway, accessible to the local wineries, such as Blackstock, Three Sisters and Frog Town Cellars, which are just 3 miles away. Wolf Mountain Winery is about 6 miles and The R Ranch is about 5 miles away. Near hiking trails, tubing, horseback riding and fishing close by. The well-known Chestatee River is just a few minutes away. This is a favorite area for cyclist of all kinds, bikes and motorcycles, as well as outdoor enthusiasts, especially hikers who want to enjoy the Appalachian Trail. This cabin has everything you need. Enjoy the open floor plan with soaring ceilings and living area with a grand fireplace. There are three floors with a bedroom and bath on each floor. This offers great privacy if you have three couples, each has bedroom with a full bathroom. Two bathrooms have the full tub/shower. One bathroom has a standup shower (no tub). There is a big grill with an outdoor patio set on the covered porch. Beautifully decorated with artwork and every amenity you need including hairdryers, linens, a fully equipped kitchen (from coffee maker to woks to shake makers), this cabin has everything you need for a comfortable visit to the North Georgia Mountains. Enjoy beautiful mountain views and vistas in the winter. Pick some herbs from the front porch herb garden. Enjoy the sounds of nature. You may even spot a curious deer, wild turkey, raccoons and other wildlife while sitting on the rockers on the front porch. We are near the quaint town of Dahlonega, where the Georgia gold rush started. The town offers antiquing, restaurants, live music, and live theater. And, North Georgia's premiere live music venue, Crimson Moon. We are located near North Georgia College and State University. Enjoy your visit to the North Georgia Mountains! We are small pet / dog friendly. One small pet allowed and no puppies, labs or large breeds, please. Feel free to inquire about our policies. No smoking inside or out.
