  Enjoyed tremendously. Great location in a quiet setting,yet close enough to enjoy the beach. Easy access to hwy 22 an super Walmart. Will defiantly consider staying again next year. Owner was always available to talk to and promptly returned inquiries. Would defiantly refer to others.

  When we arrived to our condo on July 21, I was very pleasantly surprised to see that the condo was exceptionally clean. We had 6 people staying and everyone was comfortable throughout the visit. Not being on the beach was not an issue but having to pay to enter the water park was not something I expected. The pool at the resort was always kept clean and it was never crowded. I would definitely stay here again!

  Owner response: It is unfortunate that the resort often restricts or charges for entry to the childrens' water park. They own that amenity and use it as leverage against independent owners like us that essentially compete with the resort's rental program. Our significantly lower rates and superior guest services hopefully offset any cost or inconvenience.   I stayed at the condo in mid July. The condo is wonderful for a family to stay together. The condo was very clean and no bugs at all only outside. LOL. The grounds were just wonderful. Off the balcony are beautiful trees to look at. The beds are good. The best part about this condo is that is the most quiet area. I was able to sleep though night. It is away from all the hustle and bustle but short distances to everything that you will want to go to. the beach is only 10 minute walk and everyone at the embassy was smiling and were helpful with directions on how to get everywhere. the owner was very easy to work with. I am so glad that I work with a owner instead of the embassy not that there is anything wrong with the hotel. I just like being able to drive right to the door and not to go thru the check in process or check out process, makes it so much easier and enjoyable. Also I like that I dont have to tell the hotel not to send in cleaning and they still come in anyway. the condo was spacious and clean and quiet. Also it is cheaper than going to the hotel or for that fact any hotel. You get so much more for your money. If your looking for a nice condo. I would recommend this one.

  My fiancé, two children and my sister and brother in law had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach. We couldn't of asked for a better person to rent a vacation home from. The refrigerator was giving us a little problem and Doug had a new refrigerator delivered immediately. We appreciate the follow up and the service. I would recommend this unit to everyone! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back next year!

  We go to Myrtly Beach once or twice a week, and this was one of our most enjoyable stays. First, working with the owner, Doug, was great. He was extremely responsive to questions that we had, and we already have our small deposit back, a few days after getting home. As far as the stay itself, it was just about perfect. I tend to be a little OCD and go in and clean everything as soon as we get there, but didn't clean a thing this time, as the unit was spotless. Even my 17 year old daughter commented how clean everything was. The unit itself had plenty of space for the four of us, and was quiet and peaceful, but is just a short walk to the ocean, and the many resort pools. Additionally, if you would like a pool with lots of privacy there is one for Cumberland Terrace, which is pretty much right next door. Great stay, and we will definitely be back.

  This is our 8th year staying in Kingston Plantation. Half of those years we have rented directly thru the owners. I have to say this was our best experience & value to date. We have stayed at many different locations in the complex and we really enjoyed this the best. We had the best of both worlds. It is quiet and not crowded in this part of the complex. However if you were feeling like you wanted to enjoy a little of the music, bar and entertainment, you were a short walk away. We really liked the layout of this unit. Perfect for a family with teenagers. We noticed the security riding around the property, so we felt fine in letting the girls (ages 12 - 16) go back and forth to the pools or beach at their leisure (very important with teenagers!). The younger two (12 yrs) enjoyed having the loft all to themselves. Enjoyed walking to get coffee in the am and ice cream,pizza or burgers at night. Cooked at home too (thank you for all of the storage containers!). Kingston Plantation is a short drive to all major attractions (golf, water activities) & shopping (Barefoot Landing, Walmart) & restarants but not in the bustle of it all. We liked the keyless entry even though we forgot the code and had to call the owner at 11pm (thank you for responding so quickly!). Clean & well maintained, it was a great vacation and we will look you up again!

  My family and I spent a week in this condo. It was very clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. There were plenty of clean towels too! It was nestled in a quiet area about a quarter of a mile from the beach. My husband was recovering from knee surgery so we rented a golf cart to get to and from the beach, which served us well. The owner from this unit was very very accommodating and easy to work with. He made exceptions to the check in time as well as made some calls for us regarding the golf cart rental. He was exceptionally kind and returned our emails and phone calls in a timely manner. Our stay was very relaxing and we felt very comfortable at this condo! I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative.

  My family and I stayed in this unit during our vacation in July,2011 and find it a great place to stay. We were short so sheets for the pull out sofa but when we called about the problem it was taken care of very quickly. The owner of the unit was very helpful when I was checking on renting the unit and the price of the unit was very great compaired to alot of the other units I checked on in the gated community. The walk to the beach wasn't far and there is nice walkways to walk on to keep you out of the traffic.The unit was well supplied with everything we needed in the kitchen and we done a great deal of cooking in. The beds were in good shape not like some we have stayed in.Secutiry is always driving around checking on thing in the community. There a several pools through out the community but there is one that is for the group on units that we were staying in.We will be staying here again .Wal mart is close by and so are several eating places.We really enjoyed our stay.

  We have stayed here several times over the years and always come back. The condo is clean and beautifully appointed and has anything you might need. There is a short walk to the beach, and we generally drive and park in the hotel parking so we can carry everything more easily to the beach. The kids enjoyed the water park when they were younger (separate charge), but now we divide our time daily between the beach and the private pool. [The pool is close enough to the condo that we can let the kids walk back and forth unaccompanied.] The location in Myrtle Beach is wonderful -- very close to outlet shopping, a large mall with movie theatre, and "Barefoot Landing" with many restaurants, shopping and shows. Grocery shopping is also very convenient at the Kroger near the resort. We love renting this condo and will continue to include it in our family's summer plans for years to come.

  Extremely clean accommodations with all the ammenities you could possibly need! Highly recommend this location to any family. It was very spacious and easily accommodated our family of six. It was much larger and roomier than it appeared in photos. It is in a great location. Easy to access all local attractions. There was plenty to do within the property. The property owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. He was extremely quick to respond to any questions or needs. The rental process was exremely smoothe. Keyless entry made for easy access and less worry over getting and returning keys. The cleaning staff did an outstanding job and was very friendly when we called to make our departure arrangements! Our only "concern" was with the hotel complex itself rather than the individual property. We were unsure of what we were and were not allowed to do within the complex as we did not have the hotel rules in our private condo. We often found wourselves going to do an activity that we were not allowed to do because we were not hotel guests. It was often made very clear that we were not welcome in certain areas of the property even if we were willing to pay to use the complex! Some staff were quite friendly, others not so much! Once we figured out our limitations we were fine! No scooters allowed on the property!!! Stick to the private condo area and pool. The private pool was always empty and had wonderful accommodations close to the condo. Just know your limits within the grounds and you will be set! Overall outstanding ammenities! We look forward to returning next year! We would highly recommend this property!

Rates are subject to change until your reservation is confirmed.

There are no other fees associated with the condo rental, however the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort and Kingston Plantation may deny admission or charge an amenity fee for the Splash Pool Complex, childrens' water park, and Lazy River, and the Sport & Health Club. Beach access is available to all guests.

Fees:

• Refundable Damage Deposit: $200
• Tax Rate 14%

Cancellation policy:

By accepting this agreement, you the renter agree: • The check-in time is after 3:00pm and the check-out time is not later than 10:00am, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. • No items from the linen package supplied with the condo are to be removed from the condo. We suggest you bring your own beach and pool towels as well as any other personal toiletry items such as soaps, shampoos, bathroom tissue, etc. • At least one member of your party is age twenty-five (25) or older and this person and all guests are responsible for their actions and conduct and shall abide by any rules or regulations set forth by Kingston Plantation and local authorities. Each member of your party accepts full responsibility for their safety and personal possessions at all times. • Any excessive departure cleaning charges and any damages to the condo or contents will be deducted from your security deposit and charges for missing or damaged furnishings are your responsibility. • All payments, including the rental rate, applicable taxes, and security deposit are due in full at least fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival. • Cancellation within seven (7) days of arrival is subject to 50% penalty. • No refund after arrival. • The condo is smoke free and your cooperation is appreciated. Detectible smoke in the condo will incur a $150 remediation fee. • Pets and animals are not permitted.
