This light-filled 3 bedroom, 3 full bath house will comfortably accomodate 6 guests. It offers two master suites (both with queen beds) and an additional bedroom with a daybed and trundle. The house is perfect for 2 small families to share. The downstairs master boasts a luxurious bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. The upstairs master is very private, very spacious and features a small sitting porch, a full bath and a TV/reading area with two rocking chairs. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything a cook could desire and features a breakfast bar with four barstools. A laundry room, 2 car garage and screened porch add to your enjoyment. The house has been furnished for complete comfort with lots of thoughtful touches, including books, games, beach chairs, DVD players and an assortment of bicycles for relaxed touring of this beautiful community. PLEASE BRING BICYCLE HELMETS. Bed linens and towels are included in the rental fee. Children of all ages are welcome and a "Pak 'n Play" and "Sassy Seat" are provided for your convenience. This is an owner-maintained home and we strive to keep it in meticulous condition.
If you are a golfer, Bayside is built around an award-winning Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. If relaxation is your goal, this is the place for you. Bayside Village is located on Assawoman Bay just minutes from the picturesque village of Fenwick Island, DE in one direction and the excitement of Ocean City, MD in the other direction. It is a lovely community and includes a spectacular guided nature preserve. Bayside is a lovely, safe, and family-oriented neighborhood.
Our well-maintained, non-smoking house is located within walking distance of the beautiful 36 foot diameter carousel, the childrens' playground and an upscale grocery store. A free shuttle to Fenwick Beach is provided from Thursday through Sunday during the summer season. Free summertime activities include fishing in the stocked lake, musical performances and concerts, family movies and arts and crafts for the kids.
When you tire of the sandy beaches, other nearby attractions include tax-free Outlet Mall shopping in Rehobeth Beach as well as Dewey Beach, Assateague Island, historic Lewes, DE (first town in the first state) and Delaware National Seashore State Park. Miniature golf, and the nightlife of Ocean City are minutes away. Antique stores abound, restaurants of all kinds are plentiful and several historic lighthouses are within driving distance. The nearby Lewes/Cape May Ferry offers a beautifully scenic trip to Cape May, NJ and back. Deep sea fishing charters are a short drive away. The Bayside community is conveniently located just 3 hours from Washington D.C., Philadelphia, PA and Virginia Beach, VA.

We had such a relaxing time at your warm and wonderful home. My husband and I both have high-stress jobs, and this home was so perfect for relaxing. We loved having dinners outside. The kids (and us) rode bikes almost every day. We went crabbing twice and caught 2 dozen big ones. We were on the beach when the earthquake hit and we all felt it. Now we are getting ready to leave early because of Hurricane Irene. We hope that we will be able to return next year. We all love Bayside! Thank You!!

We had a wonderful stay in your delightful home. You have thought of everything to make your guests comfortable. Bayside is a great famiy community. We spent hours at the pool every day, and the kids (9, 8 and 5) had a ball! The carousel provided endless fun for them. We love coming to a place where everything we want is so close by. The beaches are great and the boardwalk is wonderful. Your house was welcoming and comfortable after a full day of fun in te sun. Even on our one rainy day, we found games and books to keep us busy and happy. Thanks again! We'll be back!

Thank you for your hospitality. This place is simply the best I have seen in many years. What wonderful community. Your house is awesome and very neat. While we were 7 (4 adults and 3 kids) the living area was great. What you furnish is very useful. Dining on the lanai or veranda has been wonderful. The area is quiet, neat, and extremely well-maintained by the promoters.

We had a wonderful stay at your place----first trip to Delaware and enjoyed the fact that it was quiet and away from the noise. Enjoyed the pools during the heat wave. Also enjoyed reading one of your books--The Glass Castle. Couldn't put it down. Thanks for the memories of a lovely vacation!

Dear Hosts, We had the most wonderful week at your delightful vacation house. This was a perfect place for us and our children. Your house was exactly as described---meticulously clean. We were delighted with the big, fluffy towels and found the decor and furnishings very relaxing. You have thought of everything from ice cream dishes to salad spinner to games, books and boogie boards. We sincerely hope that your home will be available again the next time we vacation at Fenwick Island.

My daughter, son and I had a great week here in Bayside. Your house is perfect. The layout is great, the location is awesome, and it is beautifully decorated. I have stayed in so many “beach tacky” places and this is definitely not one of them. I loved that everything from the house to the furniture and the appliances are all top quality. All appliances are name brand, the mattresses are good and the furniture is sturdy. I thought the master bath was awesome! You have truly thought of everything to make the vacationing family feel like they’ve had a high-quality vacation. We definitely intend to rent this house again.
