Classic old Florida cottage in wonderful location. Beach 1 block (.3 miles). Walk under old Banyan trees to Gulf beaches. Public golf course three blocks away. Tennis six blocks. Naples best restaurants and exclusive shops only ten blocks away, an easy walk or bike ride. Many repeat renters since 1998. Everone loves it!
House has large living room with 12 foot ceilings. Newer furnishings throughout.New kitchen with Granite counter tops and high end appliances. King bed in master bed room. Twins in guest room and a queen size hide a bed in the bedroom/den. Full bathrooms (either a tub or shower) are off each bedroom. Swimming pool was recently renovated with a new oversized heater and pump. Pool size is 12 x 15. Two shaded patios, one off the living room the other by the pool. Natural Florida yard with huge trees and native plantings.
There is a small lake in front of the house... great view. House has linen furnished. This is a unique old Florida Experience!

Why the Owner Chose Other Olde Naples Properties
The Monet Cottage is an "old Florida" experience. The house was built in 1948 by a Navy captain returning from World War II. He wanted to replicate a French country cottage. We have renovated and updated the cottage but have kept the house as it would be in the 1950's. The grounds are native Florida plants and huge trees.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our home is one block from the beach. We are two blocks south of the Naples Beach Hotel. Fifth Ave shops and restaurants are a few blocks away. Our home is close to everything but very quiet and private.
