This tastefully decorated two bedroom, two bath condominium is the perfect vacation get-a-way for you and your family. Centrally located in the quiet community of Bethany Meadows, Delaware, and just a short 1 1/2 mile (or 7 minutes) drive to the beach and boardwalk.
This beautifully decorated condo has all the comforts of home. Both bedrooms offer new furniture. There is a queen-size bed in the master bedroom with its own bath and a stand up shower. The second bedroom offers a full-size bed, TV/DVD,and plenty of living space. Each bedroom has a large closet, and plenty of dresser space. This condo has 2 full bathrooms that have been totally remodeled with beautiful ceramic tile.
Come relax in the bright and airy sunroom that overlooks the large community pool and offers a futon couch that sleeps an additional 2 people. Eat your meals at the kitchen table or relax on one of the bar stools. For Summer 2008, the kitchen has new dishes, new pots and pans, and some new kitchen utinsels. This is a fully furnished kitchen. There is ceramic flooring in the entryway, kitchen and laundry room. The kitchen offers decorative glass ceramic backsplash. The family room has pergo flooring and a TV/DVD. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer.
You and your family can enjoy a relaxing time at the large community pool.
As the sun goes down, fly a kite on the beach or enjoy a concert at the outdoor bandstand on the boardwalk.
The condo has a collection of board games, books and movies. This is strictly a no pet, no smoking unit. Must be over 21 to rent.
Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. A security deposit is required.
