Sterling Beach Resort is one of the Emerald Coast's newest and most luxurious condominium resorts. It opened during May 2003. During the summer of 2012, a major resurface and upgrade was completed on the entire exterior of the resort. It now looks brand new! It is located on Thomas Drive - a divided 4 lane parkway (away from all of the boardwalk traffic), and is directly on the gulf. I'm pleased to announce that Sterling Beach Resort is now a totally smoke free facility - no smoking in our unit (as always) or in any common areas on the resort property!
You might ask 'Why rent from directly from an owner'? Renting a private vacation condo/home directly from an owner offers the affordability, exceptional value, and personal attention that you deserve and generally for a much better rental rate (and no hidden fees). No one gives a property more attention than its owner! Our unit is our second home, we come here often, and we take special care of our unit. Our condo is not a normal rental unit. We also own a private parking space (1 of 15) in the enclosed garage (on the main level of the resort) that we provide to our guests at no additional cost.
This upscale and beautiful condominium features quality in upscale condominium living, with oceanfront views from wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows, beautiful Floridian décor, and a private balcony.
This vacation rental is located on the third level (unit #304) directly over the pool area, and very comfortably sleeps six, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, and a queen-size bed in the 2nd bedroom. It also has a queen-size sofa bed in the living area. The dining area seats six, and is separated from the kitchen with a breakfast bar. The fully-equipped kitchen includes all white on white appliances, maple cabinets with granite counter, built-in microwave, dishes, etc. The master bath features a large oval whirlpool marble tub, a separate marble shower, and double vanities with granite tops and undermount sinks.
This exceptional location is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your private balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets.

Another great week in a great condo!
This was the second time that we have rented from Paul; we were also here in early May. Over the years, we have rented several different condos at Sterling Beach and this unit is certainly one of the nicer ones. The dark kitchen cupboards, the granite countertops and the wood looking tile in the living room definitely set it apart from the other units. The unit is well stocked and well maintained. Paul is great to work with and on top of everything else, his rates are some of the lowest in the complex. We'll be back I'm sure!

Hello, My name is Paul Linner, I live in the Nashville TN area, and I have owned my Sterling Beach condo since it opened in 2003. It has always been my favorite resort and condo. If you have visited Sterling Beach, I am sure you understand why. I have been in the condo business since 2002, when I purchased my first unit. I guess you could say like many folks, I 'got the condo fever'. I owned a number of units up and down the beach in Panama City Beach during the construction phase and the big condo 'boom'. I bought and sold several condos, keeping my Sterling Beach unit for my personal unit, as well as a rental during prime season. I do spend considerable time at my condo in the fall and winter months. I take a lot of pride in my unit, and I work hard on keeping it up-to-date, and as modern as possible.
