Minutes to Ocean City MD, Ferry Ride to Cape May NJ, and minutes to other spectacular Delaware shore destinations (Rehobeth Beach, Dewey Beach, Fenwick Island, Seashore National Park, Lewes, Cape Henlopean Park, etc). 50 yards to driving range, club house with wonderful restaurant/bar, coffee shops, convenience store, shuttle to beach and the Pavilion (indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, outdoor tennis, indoor saunas, fitness room, community room, internet access, etc). Enjoy the 27-hole golf course, designed by Rick Jacobsen (design associate for Jack Nicklaus). Looking for water fun, you can lounge at the outdoor pool or to avoid the sun, the full-size indoor pool. And if you love the sand and waves, enjoy Bethany Beach on the Atlantic Ocean just three miles away. To keep up your fitness routine, bike around the resort or nearby communities, workout at the health club, or take in a few sets of tennis. While at home, you can really enjoy our five-bedroom luxurious, but casual, townhome. With a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room on the first level, you, family and friends can relax as you prepare a gourmet meal. If grilling is your passion, an outdoor gas grill awaits you. Want to go out to eat, enjoy the Den at the Bear Trap Club House, open daily for lunch and dinner to the public and is located one block away. Looking for entertainment, you can find entertainment on the lower-level family room with 5 inch Widescreen TV with Cable, CD player, XBox (may be used for viewing DVDs), and VCR. When you and your guests retire, you can choose from one of the five bedrooms: Master Suite (main level) with a king bed and a private, full bath, Master Suite (second level) with 2 queen beds and private, full bath, Bedroom (lower level) with two double twin bunk beds with a full bath, and two bedrooms (upper level) one with two twin beds, one with queen bed and a shared, full bath. Each bedroom is appointed with decorative bedding, color-TV, clock-radio, and telephone. Weekly and nightly rentals are available. No Smoking and No Pets, Please. Check-in Saturday through Saturday for Weekly Rentals. We look forward to you being our guest.
