This Penthouse lakefront condominium is spacious and bright and was completed in mid 2007. It is located at Village On The Lake in Osoyoos on Lakeshore Drive. The views are spectacular as this end unit condominium has a fabulous lake view from the great room, master bedroom and second bedroom. Located three floors high, the large 300 square foot balcony is so close to the lake that you will feel like you are on top of the water.
All the furniture is new and luxury is the operative word in this 1300 square foot suite. The condominium has stainless steal appliances, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and microwave, granite counter tops and a steam shower unit in the second bathroom. Enjoy the king size bed in the master while gazing out at the lake. Have full use of the walk-in closets. In the great room you can sit in front of the fireplace, while watching TV on a 42-inch plasma TV or enjoy the flat screen TV in the master bedroom.
The front entrance and kitchen is tiled while the remainder of the living areas have quality hardwood floors with area rugs.
The second bedroom has a single bed over a double bunk bed and a single trundle bed that pulls out from under the bunk bed(sleeps 4 in this room). The dining room seats six, and three bar stools are connected to the kitchen area. The balcony has wooden patio furniture and a stainless steal propane barbecue. Enter the condominium from the stairs or from the elevator.
The complex has its own swimming pool, fitness center, hot tub, and a large 30 foot by 100 foot dock, perfect for lounging, patio tables, swimming and enjoying the lake. Tie up your boat at the dock for easy access(special arrangement).Beside the comlex is a public sandy beach. Enjoy complementary wifi internet access and a large selection of cable tv channels including several movie channels.We also have a nice selection of movies in the condo.

Why the Owner Chose Osoyoos
The Okanagan is our favourite place to spend time anywhere in Canada and Osoyoos has both charm and spectacular weather. Unlike other places in the Okanagan the small town setting is as stress free a location that you can find. Downtown in 5 minutes, friendly faces at the video store, a nice selection of quality restaurants and wonderful fresh fruit and vegetables.Our Penthouse has a million dollar view is lakefront and is wonderfully laid out.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The views are spectacular, we love the boating and sailing, the walk on Lakewshore Drive is the nicest lakeshore walk in town. Five minutes and you are at the golf courses or tennis courts.We have really enjoyed the skiing in the winter and tubing down the Kettle river is an experience you will remember forever. The selection of wineries within a half hour drive is also a real bonus and when the weather gets colder you will love the steam/shower in the second bathroom!

We live in Edmonton and when we retire we plan on spending most of our time in Osoyoos enjoying the Penthouse. For now we are renting it out. In Osoyoos we really enjoy the tennis and sailing and the spectacular views from the Penthouse.

My husband and myself are spending the winter here at Village on the Lake in the Penthouse for the winter of 2011-2012. One of our biggest concerns in our travels is privacy: and this place offers that. Also if you don't sleep well your trip is a waste: and the king tempurpedic bed is the BEST!!!!!!!! Then theres the view: no matter what the weather is like outside: the view from inside is phenominal. As advertized: the place is fully equipted with everything you need for a long term stay, we feel this is our home away from home. We highly recommend this unit. You won't be sorry. A Happy Couple from Ontario.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We stayed in the Lake Penthouse for one week at the end of August and it was perfect in every way. We found the condo itself lovely: the layout of the unit was spacious and open (even for our family of 5), with very nice features - we especially appreciated the beautiful view from nearly every room, the kitchen which was great for cooking, the wrap-around deck for sitting on each evening for meals as we watched the sunset, and we LOVED the steam shower! The weather in Osoyoos was fantastic, the lake was warm and delightful, and there was even moorage right in front for our boat. We found the town charming, and especially enjoyed all the bountiful produce and different local wines. It was an absolute perfect week for our family, and one we hope to repeat next summer!

I and 4 friends rented this beautiful penthouse condo for our annual golf get-away. We found the place spacious, well laid out and very nicely decorated. It came with everything we needed and the large balcony had a beautiful view of Osoyoos lake. Plenty to do such as boating, swimming etc and the town is great as well.

We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely condo through the Labour Day weekend 2007. It is definetly as advertised and the whole area was a delight. We loved both Burrowing Owl and Nkmip for fabulous dining experiences.
