Warren Hardy Spanish School is 3 blocks away. Around the corner are a multitude of stores with everything from supermarkets, ice cream parlor, video rental store, restaurants, bakery and more... The entire house is serviced by wireless internet and maid service weekly.
Casa Features cantera stone floors, high ceilings, columns, skylights in all rooms, fountain courtyard, polished concrete charming bathrooms and best of all located in the center of town, flat walk to all. The casita guest room is located on the first floor of the front building. Features west facing balcony overlooking the street, queen bed, walk in shower, large closets, desk, fridge and suitable for 1 or 2 guests, there is no kitchen. It may be occupied on occasion by the caretaker or owner.

The Unique Benefits of this House
I love views but do not enjoy walking up hills. This location is in centro historico and a flat walk to all attractions, the fruit and veggie market is around the corner and and shopping for groceries is a breeze. 4 blocks to el jardin and the views from my expansive terrace is breath taking.
