Accommodations:  Villa, 6 Bedrooms, 4 Baths (Sleeps 12)

Our spacious six bed/four bath villa is of the highest standard enjoying many upgraded facilities including its own private heated swimming pool & in ground whirlpool. You also have the added benefit of a covered lanai so you can relax with a refreshing drink and enjoy the warm Florida evenings. For a something a little more energetic how about a game of air hockey in our games room complete with pool table.

Windwood Bay is located a short drive from the I4 interstate from which you have access to all that Florida has to offer. Our villa is only fifteen minutes from the thrills and excitement of Disney. Other main attractions like Sea World, Universal Studios and Discovery Cove are just a little further.

Enjoy Golf? Top class golf courses are only a short drive away at Champions Gate or Reunion. The idyllic town of Celebration is a ten minute drive where you can shop, eat or even just while away the hours sitting in a rocking chair overlooking the lake. You never know you might spot a turtle or even a alligator!

Local Facilities including a Publix Supermarket, takeaways, pharmacy are just a two minute drive away. There are a variety of eateries at Champions Gate including Subway, Chilis, Italian, Chinese.

Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center are approx a 60 minute drive. Travel west and you will find Tampa and Clearwater with its stunning beaches. Orlando International Airport is a 20 minute drive and Sanford International is approx 45 minutes.

In short, we believe our villa is perfectly situated for a holiday in the sun!

  • Our family had the pleasure of staying at your villa for ten nights and had a terrific time!! All visitors to the home were accommodated well...all commented on how nice the property is. The children either played billiards, air hockey, or swam every day following trips to Sea World and Aquatica (30 minutes away during traffic). The staff were helpful and made our stay a pleasure!!! And it was so nice to cook at home and spend money on shopping trips to Ron Jons Surf Shop--in Cocoa Beach and Orlando--rather than on restaurants!! We will be back soon for another enjoyable time at the property!!

  • Our family of nine spent three weeks this past March at this wonderful home located in the Champions Gate area of Orlando. I selected this house because it was within 15 minutes of the Disney Parks and strategicaly located just off the I-4 in a nice quiet community, but with all ammenities in close reach. The home served all our needs, but the layout and its' spaciousness was what made this such an enjoyable vacation,. Even with nine people in the house we all felt that we had our own separate quarters so to speak. The pool and spa area is set up beautifully, and we spent the majority of our time here. Our youngest grandchild is four and at the end of our vacation time had learned to swim. The games room was also a big hit with everbody. Our overall experience right from my initial enquiry to the owners, including all transactions, to the property management team of Annette and Mark were excellent and seamless. Five star !! You will be hard pressed to find another vacation property with such ammeneties, in a great location, that offers you a relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable holiday experience. Enjoy !

  • We had a fabulous week long stay in this house. This was our 6th time renting a home in Florida and this was the best experience we have had. The owners and management company were wonderful to work with. The home was large and fit our needs perfectly. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens. The kitchen was well stocked and the table in the kitchen was perfect for a large group. The pool was nice and clean, the hot tub was very relaxing, and there was plenty of outdoor furniture for everyone. It was super easy to get to the park using I-4. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home or stay here again.

  • Stayed in this lovely villa for 2 weeks at the end of July. The villa was everything we needed and more. Very spacious and kept to a very high standard. The management company were extremely helpful. The pool was very clean. The villa was in a great location, only a couple of minutes drive to the I4 and only 15 mins to Disney. We would definately stay in this villa for our Florida holidays again.

  • We stayed at this property for a week and had 7 adults and 5 children (1 to 13 yrs). The home owners were some wonderful people from Great Britian UK. that were very helpful and accomadating. We were very pleased with our entire stay and everything was as expected and the Disney area was 15 minutes from Villa.We recommend this villa if vacationing in Orlando area.

  • The house was very clean and spacious. The rooms were beautifully decorated and contained everything we needed for our stay. The house managers were very friendly and helpful. We had a fabulous vacation!
